Daily Prayer Thread !!!Plus The Word

I am about to write the hardest thread ever so please pray for me...

To Query But yes. You won't be alone with this Goofy.

In a world we do everything to stay alive the word death is uncomfortable for most. We do not like to talk or think about it.

Not sure where to start as I have not got this before, but today “death and pain ,“was the word.

I use to fear death till I come to know , it is not the end but the beginning. I do not know what , when or where that is God's business. Today mine is to remind us , it is not to be feared, easy said hard to live.

I ask God to help me with this, as it will not only be unpopular but hard to write.
Then this came, Jesus died one of the worst deaths a person could endure for us to live after this life. He told the women as he went by that day this in Luke 23 :29 For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck. 30 Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us. 31For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?

In a time when churches have schedules and budgets made out for a year , I know without doubt they have not prepared the people for Luke 23:29-31.

I will be hated for this one, I know this in advance, but I pray that when things happen , we can remember what The Cross did. We have choice to believe or not. Ask God to help you understand 1 John 2: 15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.


What we have not be taught is , in order for many to be saved in the last days because of false teacher and weak faith , God will make us hate the world. Many will be Lot's wife , but many will come to Him in tribulation.

Two messages like this in a day is new for me. I know in 2015 and 2016 it came that to understand God's level of patience read about Moses and Pharaoh in Exodus. I only have to remember Harvey and look at California today to know we are in change... Just try and suit up, Ephesians 6 and look up...




All I can tell you is it was very clear, California is in tribulation please pray

Open your Bible, everyone, and read ! This was stressed at my church this morning, to start reading your Bible daily. It was so refreshing to hear this. It was something I have not heard since the original Pastor of my previous church was still there. Man does not live by bread alone, but by the Word of God.

1 Samuel 14 is packed with wisdom . Not many pages back God reminded the people who they would get in Saul but they wanted him anyway.

I like Jonathan , 6 Then Jonathan said to the young man who bore his armor, “Come, let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; it may be that the Lord will work for us. For nothing restrains the Lord from saving by many or by few.”
He trusted the Lord, 10 But if they say thus, ‘Come up to us,’ then we will go up. For the Lord has delivered them into our hand, and this will be a sign to us.”
We can look back in Numbers 22 to remember how important words are , 20 And God came to Balaam at night and said to him, “If the men come to call you, rise and go with them; but only the word which I speak to you—that you shall do.” 21 So Balaam rose in the morning, saddled his donkey, and went with the princes of Moab.


Jonathan listened unlike Balaam, funny how stories have such parallels . God steps on battle field with His weapons as found in Job 38.
Verses 15 And there was trembling in the camp, in the field, and among all the people. The garrison and the raiders also trembled; and the earth quaked, so that it was a very great trembling. 16 Now the watchmen of Saul in Gibeah of Benjamin looked, and there was the multitude, melting away; and they went here and there.

This must have been a sight to see. I wrote about earthquakes yesterday and last night I thought of all the places they where used with Jesus. The Cross , Matthew 27:51Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split. The Tomb, Matthew 28: 2And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat on it.

Prison , Acts 16:26 Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed, are a few.

And of course Jesus tells us there will great ones in Matthew 24, Luke 21 and Mark 13.

1 Samuel 14 :23 So the Lord saved Israel that day, and the battle shifted to Beth Aven.
That is what God does.

Saul is just a mess , not sure how he raised a son like Jonathan except by the hand of God. After this long day Saul tells the people that where on the field all day, they can not eat, Saul not God.
Verse 29 But Jonathan said, “My father has troubled the land. Look now, how my countenance has brightened because I tasted a little of this honey. 30 How much better if the people had eaten freely today of the spoil of their enemies which they found! For now would there not have been a much greater slaughter among the Philistines?”

Jonathan knew how ridiculous his father could be they should have not ate the blood but things got out of hand. God ignores Saul in verse 37 So Saul asked counsel of God, “Shall I go down after the Philistines? Will You deliver them into the hand of Israel?” But He did not answer him that day.

We went from Eli and Samuel that had trouble disciplining their sons, to Saul ready to kill his. The people save Jonathan from his own father. Last verse52 Now there was fierce war with the Philistines all the days of Saul. And when Saul saw any strong man or any valiant man, he took him for himself.

Himself we know Saul is an I and me person , never a good thing to be.

It took faith for Jonathan to do what he did and even disobey his earthly father. Yesterday I thought about Peter how he loved Jesus before the Cross but how his faith changed after the Cross. Jesus says this in Matthew 17:20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

That does not mean we go around moving mountains , it means we trust in God like Jonathan did the God that made the mountains , that can do what ever He wants , with His creations , to win the battle for us. Jonathan can be seen in Matthew .

God does nothing like we do . We do not like earthquakes because they destroy what we have built, they take our lives. We can be Saul and see things as, we built and our lives, I and mine is seen in Saul . Things are not ours even our lives , everything is His for His purpose not ours. Great message in Saul and Jonathan thank You Lord...

No alchohol for 18+ months...
