Prayers needed.

We had black ice this morning. Accidents everywhere. My oldest wrecked her car, but she is OK. She was on her way to grandmas to watch her as she does every monday and wednesday. She was going slow 3 blocks away from the house. A car come flying from the other direction, and she swerved to avoid an accident, and her car slid on the black ice. She hit a parked pick-up truck, and did very little damage to it, just the plastic piece under the front bumper. But, her car slid partially under the front bumper of the truck, and I think her car is totaled. The hood, left front fender, the left lights, and the bumper is smashed.She called the insurance company and the cops.She does have full coverage, with a $500 deductible. The truck she hit belongs to people we know. They were so kind, and calmed Mary K down. The they had to calm ME down when I got there.The guy duct taped the front of Mary's car together, so she could drive it the 3 blocks home.The bumper and fender were hanging down, but the duct tape held it together long enough to get it home. :(

My daughter is crying her eyes out. This was her first car, and it was in perfect condition with low miles, a 2002 Saturn.
