I have so much to do today and tomorrow. I know I will be laid up for a few days after the oral surgery on Thursday. I have to get a phone card for my cell phone, refill my dogs medicine, go to the grocery store, and try to get the repairman here to fix that blasted dryer.
Mary K will stay here all day on Thursday and Friday, and then my youngest will be here for the weekend.

The MRI my brother Kenny had yesterday, IMO, was to see if the cancer has further spread, and to stage it. We know there is an additional spot besides the large tumor. I know from what he told me, it is definitely stage 2 or 3. I am not saying anything to him about all this for now, but I have to keep a positive front to show him, instead of doom and gloom, which it is, in reality.

Mary K's replacement car search is going to have to wait until I recover enough to tackle the task. I hope to be functional by Monday, but, who knows? I am so appreciative of all of you who have shown such kindness, and have offered to help, if we need it.

I will be going through intense GLP withdrawal if I cannot manage to crawl to my computer for a couple of days, LOL !!!

Whatever happens with any of this mess going on, I leave it all at Jesus feet, and let Him take over.

1 Samuel 31, is a scene from an isis attack. Verse 2And the Philistines followed hard upon Saul and upon his sons; and the Philistines slew Jonathan, and Abinadab, and Melchishua, Saul's sons.
3 And the battle went sore against Saul, and the archers hit him; and he was sore wounded of the archers


We lose our sweet Jonathan and Saul is wounded. Verse 4Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it.
5And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise upon his sword, and died with him. 6So Saul died, and his three sons, and his armourbearer, and all his men, that same day together.

When I read that, I thought about Jesus and Judas Iscariot. David had Saul and Jesus had Judas and they both killed themselves. What the Philistines did with the bodies of Saul and his sons , is what we have read isis has done for years with their victims.
You will have to read chapter 31 , I do not want to even think about it. Evil will be something we have to face until the return of Jesus. We have been blessed in America but many face this kind of threat everyday. We here is America only do evil to each other, there are no walls to keep it out. It is of the spirit world , this is a Spiritual war , it was then and it is now. What is found in Ephesians 6 , is what David wore and it is what we are to wear.

Prayer warriors we are in brutal times. The 8 month old baby raped has about done me in. She has had 3 operations and they say her cries can be heard through out. I personally never dreamed I would live to see some of what is happening.

Keep you heads high and reach out to each other or this group when it seems to hard to bear. I love you all and one day this crap will be over. God heard that babies cries and all like it and one day He will say enough...
Jesus told us it would get hard.

Dear Heavenly Father , we thank You for this group, we call on Your strength to get us through the days ahead, help us find the good in what seems bad , protect us and our families from the enemy, let Your light shine even in the darkest hour and place , help us call on You in all matters good and bad, please end the suffering of that baby girl , take her pain and the Turpin children as well, heal them in Your way , we need You Lord , Come Lord Jesus Come , amen

Father God I know that you know all things and you know the heart of those that did this. They kill the babies in what should be the safest place on the planet , in the womb of Mom. Then I read this - Father I pray that you move in the name of Jesus Christ to heal this baby and bring laughter and love into her life. Father in the name of Jesus Christ I lift this little one up to the throne room of the most high.
I pray the healing hand of Jesus into her life and into where she might be at this moment. Jesus you healed so many and the very Holy Spirit that moves across this world at this moment - in the name of Jesus bring healing to the little one.

These little ones are such a gift and deserve love - Blessings and Health to her.

Hey everyone - I had to delete my GLP account; was stuck in a loop - just wanted to say life is going super super great; my wife and I are getting along great, Jackson is at 10 months old so everything is super cute without a lot of crying -- sober! -- Dusted off my boots and went out and made enough money to catch up on everything plus more.

I'm only allowed to use to the laptop for three hours a day now, so I do two hours sunrise and hour before bed.

GLP has a lot of... spiritual battles going on that I am not ready for.

BUt, you, all of you, whom I love and have helped me and prayed with me and cried with me and sent me food and money and then paying it forward and learning what true prayer is and just... starting every morning Christ-Focused God-Conscious is great. You are all very powerful intercessors. Yet, I get distracted on GLP and nothing gets done around the house - I hide behind typing / writing that usually comes across as making no sense.

So life is going great. I'll be around enough to stop in and pray for everyone and sometimes ask for prayer my self.

You people were here for me when I needed to...

Let's just say it's been a minute since I've drank and it's been long enough now that the nervousness of a slip is very low. My testosterone is higher. I went out to goodwill and made my own patio lights that I strung from roof to gate and it looks beautiful - so of course, wife is happy, father in law is impressed, and I pay $65 every 2 weeks for two maids to come clean this 900sqft duplex (They don't even clean the bedrooms, heh) 2 women for 90 minutes -- But it's so worth it. It really is, if you've never... First visit they deep cleaned fridge; oven, just everything - 2nd visit, hit everything hard; third visit - maintence - fourth visit; touch up on fridge again and mop; etc. Plus now since we have a routine and familiar it's..... Trust me on making life easier.

2 Samuel 2 is just sad business. 4Then David said to him, “How did the matter go? Please tell me.”
And he answered, “The people have fled from the battle, many of the people are fallen and dead, and Saul and Jonathan his son are dead also.
This man that reports the deaths , thinks taking credit for Saul's death would be a good thing. To not truly know God is to not understand many things. What is amazing , is if the man had told the truth , he would have been rewarded. His account is not what we have already read in 1 Samuel .He took credit for something he did not do. This whole story that has come to end of Saul , has been filled with lies , chaos and confusion, to the every end. We know history repeats itself till the return of Jesus.


Verse 26 I am distressed for you, my brother Jonathan; You have been very pleasant to me; Your love to me was wonderful, Surpassing the love of women. 27 “How the mighty have fallen, And the weapons of war perished!”


David's heart hurts. Only men who have had to face the battle field could understand a lot of what David went through. Only a few have ever had a friendship like David and Jonathan. The reason this is hard to find, is God has to be in the center.
In counseling with my teenage niece years ago , the counselor ask her a question I will never forget, “who sits on the throne of your heart?” Unless the answer is God then true love can not be found...Love is in the Book of John more than another , if you struggle with love read and reread that Book...

As we come to the end of King Saul , the greatest lesson can be found in this verse, 14 So David said to him, “How was it you were not afraid to put forth your hand to destroy the Lord’s anointed?”

David feared God more than any thing that came against him on those battle fields and Jesus tells us to follow that lead. Luke 12:4“And I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
We live in the land of Saul and are in a war daily , face it as David and Jonathan faced it, with God...

I will be leaving in less than an hour to go to oral surgery to get the broken canine tooth removed, but I had to get my GLP fix in first ! If I can, I will get on GLP later. Right now, I would love to have a cup of coffee, extra cream and a dash of sugar, but I had to quit eating and drinking at midnight since I will be knocked out.I was told to drink only enough water this morning to wash down the lung supplement I take.

My brother Kenny has an appointment with the oncologist at 2pm Friday, to find out the results of the MRI and set up a treatment plan.Please pray for Kenny !

My daughter is supposed to get the check from the insurance company for her car next week.The search for another vehicle for her is on !
