Praying for Simple

I never share my wounds because I am so used to it being me and the Lord that I endure it alone til I cannot. However, things have spun so out of control that I need help. So I humbly ask for prayers for my son. He is going through a lot and just would appreciate a simple prayer.

The Lord knows the need.

2 Kings 9 is the beginning of what the Lord promised in 1 Kings and about to get ugly.

8 For the whole house of Ahab shall perish: and I will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel: 9 And I will make the house of Ahab like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah: 10 And the dogs shall eat Jezebel in the portion of Jezreel, and there shall be none to bury her. And he opened the door, and fled.
The Lord has set Jehu as King , we are now in the 10th King since the people wanted a set up like the world and not have God as their ruler.
Yesterday I was ask who I voted for. I have voted for over 30 years and it was this last election I did something I had never done. First time in my life I wrote in Who I wanted to be King , I wrote in my candidate , God.
When we follow any other path we will see the mess of the last 9 Kings, we will see chaos and confusion.
Jezebel is a great reminder of why the people feared God. We live in a culture that not only has no fear but mocks Him.

32And he lifted up his face to the window, and said, Who is on my side? who? And there looked out to him two or three eunuchs. 33 And he said, Throw her down. So they threw her down: and some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trode her under foot. 34 And when he was come in, he did eat and drink, and said, Go, see now this cursed woman, and bury her: for she is a king's daughter. 35And they went to bury her: but they found no more of her than the skull, and the feet, and the palms of her hands. 36 Wherefore they came again, and told him. And he said, This is the word of the Lord, which he spake by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel shall dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel: 37And the carcase of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel; so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel.

Jesus told us there is only One fear in this life and this lady is a reminder...
Matthew 10:28
“And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

With generations of watered down teaching we no longer even fall on our face. We made God something not found in Scriptures, as in this passage. This story happened before the Cross , God had to endure that day.
Hebrews 10:29Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
Jezebel a woman of earthly power , did not follow or fear God...

When I saw the warnings for the Space Station to crash anytime this coming week and April 6th, I paused.

We are pretty clueless what a day holds, Jesus told us to live from day to day. I never seen so many followers having to be made , to do this.
When we do not have the discipline to follow Jesus , His love will help us. That looks nothing like a greeting card. That can be having to be still and live day to day in Harvey. That can mean staying home for sickness. That can mean everything shuts down by a blizzard. That can mean the power goes out …

Matthew 6:34Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.


God has been showing us hard and fast since last August, live day to day. Not easy in our busy culture.

Many things have happened with warning and others like all the shooting with zero warning. If you have something to make right with God , as that is all that matters, do to it now...

That is so beautiful and it really spoke to me and my situation with him. It is very exhausting but the love of a mother endures all. Thank you.

He has come so far. He was once very deeply into new age and we had a lot of spiritual battles when he got out of it. I guess I am not afraid of demons because of the real ones I had to battle over him.

Now, some of the same torturous demons have come back in his dreams and telling him he is not worthy of God's love. Long story short, I have gotten him in Christian counselling and pray that he can find the peace he is looking for.

Prayer needed !!!

My nephew Eric got in a serious accident over a month ago. He was an EMT in the back of an ambulance with a patient being transported, when the ambulance was hit head on by a drunk driver. The patient died, and my nephew and the EMT driving the ambulance were both severely injured.They will not be able to work for a very long time because of their injuries.Please pray for his recovery and for the recovery of the other EMT.
