How great is God's timing look at the chapter today


2 Kings 22 Josiah was eight years old when he began to reign, and he reigned thirty and one years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Jedidah, the daughter of Adaiah of Boscath. 2And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord , and walked in all the way of David his father, and turned not aside to the right hand or to the left.

I so needed this chapter today, it is full of wisdom for us all. It is all about the Spirit of God , not age ,not anything but God...
We have just left over 70 years of pure evil rulers and Josiah is repairing the House of the Lord.

Verse 8 And Hilkiah the high priest said unto Shaphan the scribe, I have found the book of the law in the house of the Lord . And Hilkiah gave the book to Shaphan, and he read it.
Then Shaphan read it to the King.
Verse 13Go ye, enquire of the Lord for me, and for the people, and for all Judah, concerning the words of this book that is found: for great is the wrath of the Lord that is kindled against us, because our fathers have not hearkened unto the words of this book, to do according unto all that which is written concerning us.
Verse 14 So Hilkiah the priest, and Ahikam, and Achbor, and Shaphan, and Asahiah, went unto Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe; now she dwelt in Jerusalem in the college; and they communed with her.


You know I am going to love this. God has a woman that is the keeper and teacher of His word. There is a pattern in Scriptures , when the men of God are hard to find God raises up a woman. I long to be Huldah in the last leg of this race.


God took a 8 year old and and woman to bring chaos back to order. Huldah's message for King Josiah is a message for us all this very day.


Verse 19 Because thine heart was tender, and thou hast humbled thyself before the Lord , when thou heardest what I spake against this place, and against the inhabitants thereof, that they should become a desolation and a curse, and hast rent thy clothes, and wept before me; I also have heard thee, saith the Lord . 20 Behold therefore, I will gather thee unto thy fathers, and thou shalt be gathered into thy grave in peace; and thine eyes shall not see all the evil which I will bring upon this place. And they brought the king word again.
What an amazing Book we have and should have it on our hearts everyday... We have peace in the middle of the war as well. Thank You Jesus Christ...
Man made rules have got in the way of any Huldah God may have raised up. Without years of man rules , Huldah would not be allowed to teach in a college.
If our colleges where filled with Huldah's teaching and sharing the word of God , we would be One Body and not all divided as we are ...Galatians 3.

Maybe we need to start a Huldah College and allow God to be Dean...
