2 Chronicles 8 and 9

It came to pass at the end of twenty years, when Solomon had built the house of the Lord and his own house .

Twenty years just wow , look at what we put up in a week. It is sad reading how beautiful this place was knowing the end of the story. Not sad so much that it will be destroyed but what happened to Solomon due to fame.

2 Chronicles 9:Now when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon, she came to Jerusalem to test Solomon with hard questions 22So King Solomon surpassed all the kings of the earth in riches and wisdom. 23 And all the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart.


1 Kings 11: 1But king Solomon loved many strange women 3And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart. 9 And the Lord was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from the Lord God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice, 10 And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the Lord commanded.

We know why Jesus said Luke 18:25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Solomon had all a human could possible dream of and yet it was not enough. Nothing in this world is or can be enough...

They found what is called a hot spot in Yellowstone, that is over 1800 miles below earth's surface. The lava moves upward 2 inches a year. They want to try and fill it with water to stop it, I smile at this idea.

2 Peter 3 is very clear what happens to earth and water will not stop it. We are in a time of repentance , Solomon told God no. Solomon was found in 1 John 2 loving the world and forgot Who gave him all he had .
1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Solomon is our example of what NOT to want or be. Jesus is our example of what to want and be...


Read the details of the Temple Solomon built. Then think of taking a tour of it. That feeling is what it is like to walk with God. The feeling is what it will be like in Heaven...

Mercy Me mom needs our prayers today can I get agreement.



Dear Heavenly Father , we ask You be with this family today, give them Your peace and comfort, we ask for healing of body, soul and Spirit and the enemy have no power in this, we give Your the glory , be with the hand that give the medical care may they be Your hands in Jesus name amen

May they find the cause and fix today in Jesus name amen

I offer up my Love, Hugs and Prayers to all in need.

What comes to me today is Loving our enemies. Not an easy thing to do.

Tomorrow the doctors will decide if they should operate or not for the cancer.

If they do not operate it is because they believe there is no hope.
