Updates:

They removed the feeding tube from Kenny this morning, and are giving him liquids. He has some small intestine function, and hope that it all comes back soon.He is feeling better today. If he continues to feel better,the IV might come out tomorrow.

My grandson Robbie saw the Family Doctor today, and got the referral to go to the neurologist. Here is what my grandson is diagnosed with so far, Intractable Headaches,Hypnic Headaches, and Water on the Brain. The underlying causes can be several different things, including a tumor.I hope he gets an appointment with the neurologist very quickly.
My oldest daughter, Mary K, his mom, was going to have to wait almost 4 months to see a neurologist after her serious auto accident on March 1st. She ended up cancelling her June appointment, as she is feeling better and her memory is finally working OK. The specialists are that booked up, and with insurance regulations and small networks, it is not easy to see a specialist. You have to go to one on their list.The closest neurologist in Mary K's insurance network was 25 miles away. Robbie has a different insurance than Mary K. I hope it is better than hers.
