Praise Report !!!

I enter canned goods, antiques, and collectables into the County Fair in my area every year.I was so resigned that I didn't have a chance to win anything this year, when I saw the number and quality of the entries in these 3 categories. This was the largest number of entries I have seen in all my years of entering.They actually ran out of space and had to bring in more display cases.
God is Good, and all praise goes to Him !!! My bread and butter pickles got a 1st place blue ribbon,and my dill pickles got a 2nd place red ribbon.In the antiques category an 1880 wooden sewing accessory box full of the original accessories got a 1st place blue ribbon. In the collectables category, a metal figurine of an elk got a 1st place blue ribbon, a carved wood plate from Poland got a 2nd place red ribbon, and an pair of brass geese bookends got a 3rd place!
Not only did I get a total of 6 ribbons, but 2 days after the Fair ends,I will be getting a prize money check that will be enough for gas for my truck for the rest of the month ! God saw my needs, and this small amount of money will make all the difference, and getting the ribbons was a real boost I needed too !
