Daniel 9:
3 And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes:

4 And I prayed unto the Lord my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;

5 We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments:

6 Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets, which spake in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.

I was led to the book of Daniel yesterday. I love the story of Daniel and how we should all long to be like him. To live in a fallen world as he did and not fall , is what our longing should be. The first part of Daniel is easy to understand but each generation since it was written, tries to fully understand the last chapters. A vision Daniel was given to shut up till the end days can be read . Every generation can read those chapters and feel they could be in that timeline.

The prayer in Chapter 9 is something every generation should pray and follow ,since it was written.
Chapter 10 shows why God used and loved Daniel so much.
Daniel 10:2 In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks.3 I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.

Three weeks , I have trouble with 3 days and we never mourn for our sins like this anymore. God included Daniel in the list of two other names of men He loved.
Ezekiel 14:14 Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord God.

Those 3 men survived droughts , floods , sickness, evil times and much more...


Daniel 10:7 And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men that were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves. 8 Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.

God had a earthquake come that allowed Daniel to be alone with the vision. When the earth shakes we should take notice and remember Daniel or the Cross and Who controls such things.

Daniel 11: 31 And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

I struggled with this at first "daily sacrifice," for a time in the future, the Angel tells Daniel. I thought about what we do as a people anymore that would be called a daily sacrifice after the Cross. The Cross holds answers to all things. Prior to the Cross they sacrificed meats and other things daily. I pray everyday to ask forgiveness of my sins as Jesus told us to do. What the Cross did allows me to do this daily ,as I sin daily,we all do.

The Temple as we know from the fit Jesus had with the money exchangers , was always to be a House of Prayer and set apart and kept Holy. We know "abomination," in Scriptures is anything God hates and hate is not strong enough of a word for those things. To 'make desolate, " is to destroy what God has created in a way only He can fix. We know they did this in the days of Noah and Sodom. Every generation has done these things, so what makes us any different?

Daniel 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Matthew 24: 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

So if every generation has seen most of what is on the list of things to come ,what makes us different?
Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.


We are in a time of running to and fro and have knowledge to fly to Mars, clone humans and much more. This sets us apart from generations of the past. No one knows when God will send Jesus , not even Jesus. Here is what matters , Daniel fell on his face then because of a falling away. We where to never stop doing what Daniel did in Chapter 10 or pray Daniel 9...
They did not listen then and we are worse listeners now. If we can not see how the church has set up an abomination of desolation in His Temple , then see how the words of Jesus hold true . They carried on in days of Noah, in the days of Sodom and the day of the Cross ,as if nothing was different. How are we carrying on?

Daniel 11:31"and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength," is our sanctuary polluted ?
They did daily sacrifices to remember Who God was and who they where in comparison. The place we go to pray and worship God should remind us Who God is and what is different outside those doors...We where to never allow in or take part of anything outside God's Book .

The first part of Daniel shows true faith in a time and place that did not follow the Words of God. If we want to be like the world we can, they did as well. That kind of living comes with a heavy warning label. People came to know God because the people like Daniel looked different and did not bow. What timeline are we in of God's , only God knows. He did leave us enough information to know we should be Daniels everyday . What time line the world is in ,we can see with the information that was left for us. Jesus said live as if it was today, be ready and watch, are we ready?

Sorry my dementia is kicking in.

Every night I pray before I sleep.
Lately, in the AM, I awake from a dream that concerns certain person(s). I do not fall back to sleep, I am awake with a surge of energy. I contact that person and that person is in need. These include people who I barely know.
The above is only an example that Prayer works!
I only post about the above because this part of my prayer life is new to me.

heavenly father pls help those who are in need of your light,help them to have the strenght to fight addiction, to respect their human temple, to be kind and to recognize their divinity, as we are part of your creation,

Genesis 1:16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

Words do not have the meaning now that they had in Scriptures. Great is one of those words and was a word that came to me today. That verse was the first time God used great. When we see it we should think about how big and powerful the sun is. We use it a lot for how good something taste or how well someone accomplished something, big difference.

Luke 21:11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

There has been terrible tribulation and sorrow since the days of Noah but there is coming a time unlike any before. To not know and understand that is to put our heads in the sand and ignore. We are in a time people do not want to talk about that kind of stuff, we where told we would be like that. To carry on as if every thing is ok, dont worry be happy right ???
People in 2 Timothy 3 or like the people in Luke 17 , are people we do not want to be like.
We are in a time this is being seen , there is a long list of many things that happen in the last days. They questioned what it would be like before the Cross ... Every generation was to know that list by heart and understand why things happen as they do. Every generation was to have those elders and elect , that could comfort those that fear the things that happen.

Hawaii got 50 inches of rain in April. In May the volcano would not stop erupting and today they face a powerful hurricane and a tropical storm behind that. This has all been non stop and many are homeless facing that storm because of the floods and lava. Those are a list of sorrows that are hard to understand for many. There is coming a day all this and more will happen everywhere at once , not the waves of mercy we have been getting. Yes waves of mercy ,because we where told this was not our home. We where told it had an expiration date that only God knows. Every time floods come and only stuff is lost , that is mercy. Every time a volcano erupts and only stuff is lost, that is mercy. Every time an earthquake comes and only stuff is lost ,that is mercy. Every time a fire comes and only stuff is lost ,that is mercy. Great tribulation has been confused by false prophets and teachers for a long time. If you have a KJV Bible read Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21, 2 Timothy 3 -4 and 2 Peter 3. Jesus is very clear when He will return.

Matthew 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.


"Immediately after "And then," is very important. Pay attention please , God has been sending waves of mercy since August 2017 in a non stop warning. Many say I do not want to know or think about that stuff, really ? Then satan is doing a good job of keeping those as the people in days of Noah and Sodom.

If we think these are hard times ,how on earth will we face or the next generation face , GREAT TRIBULATION??? We are in a time few listen to serious warnings about anything from floods , hot cars , much less God's warnings. Know how to pray right now , we are in a time to pray as Jesus did for Peter before the Cross.
Luke 22:32But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

Pray that prayer and for souls be saved in a time of many sorrows , great has not come yet...
