Check for when your county has tax sales. You can get a house cheap, most of the time. Sometimes our county has an auction at the county seat, and sometimes they have the auctions online. This one my youngest daughter is participating in,is an online auction. My middle daughter bought a 3 bedroom house 8 years ago for $2,600. She put $5,000 in repairs in it, and moved in.

I have certainly heard that regards car auctions. People in the crowds keep bidding. If it stops with them, the car just goes back in a few weeks late.

But hope something positive comes out of it for your daughter.

Do you have shared ownership in the USA. We have lots of properties that people can buy just 20% to start with. the rest is owned by a Housing Association.

Technically not true.

Pretty much any number of people can purchase a house and have their names on both the title AND the loan documents.

A person can even petition a court to add one or more people to the title. For example, a man owns a house, gets married, then has his wife added as a co-owner.

Shared ownership in this country means that the council or a Housing Association own the rest and that is who you rent from. AS your finances grow, you can then buy (or mortgage) a bigger percentage.

I never heard of someone buying 20% of a house. Multiple owners, yes, but not buying 20%.

We do not have that set up here.

I want to say I love you all and never lose faith. The moth reminded us everything dies even the most beautiful. A Rainbow yesterday reminded that God is looking down.

We are in a time to have full Armor , a time of change and the Lord does not me preaching anymore expect prayer request.

We are in a time of praying His will, but that was to always be.
