PSALM 143

A Psalm of David.

1 Hear my prayer, O LORD , give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.

My friend Sharon needs our prayers again her 21-year old grand daughter Kailee who was taken to the hospital today for drug rehabilitation she is addicted to very bad synthetic opioid mixed with other drugs.

Just catching up

Bad or false prophets was in the past and now. How do we tell if a person is a bad or false prophet as we are in a sea of them. The best place to see this is 1 Kings 13. The man of God in that story had a message no one wanted to hear. The man of God was told to have nothing to do with the place and people of time of Jeroboam, not to even eat with them.

The man of God listened to the old, bad prophet ,that said the opposite of what God had told him. The man of God was eaten by a lion for listening to the old , bad prophet and not God. Please read that story and see how important it is for us now. Never trust a person that tells you the opposite of what God says. Never trust a person that says God did not say that. Know the word of God better than anything you know. If you know God ask you to share something and you share and it is not liked , remember 1 Kings 13. Careful loved ones , it is easy to be the bad prophet or be lead by the bad prophet, with something that seems good in our own eyes…We are in perilous times and God has been allowing us to see with the popular and worldly high church leaders , there is only One to listen to. If all the abused children had been taught to listen to God and not man many lives would have not suffered… There is only One we answer to in the end. If the most powerful , respected person you know tells you the opposite of what God said, be brave and walk away.


Very unpopular messages came from God all through Scriptures … The old prophet just wanted the man of God in his company , to share a meal and have conversation. The old prophet never dreamed it would have ended the way it did. No greater story to reflect on when you may be faced with standing alone or not being part of the crowd. No greater reward than obeying God and He rewards as He has rewarded me n many times. I use to want and desire the acceptance of man , be part of the crowd and God used that to make me listen to Him. He rewarded me many times when I listened. He also reminded me when I did not., I thank Jesus for not being eaten by a Lion for all those times I listened to man and not God, that is what Jesus does…What a wonderful love we have if we listen, no greater…

Dear Heavenly Father ,we ask Your will be done in Your time of correction, we ask all that will listen , listen , as we are being humbled help us remember it was all about You, help all take one day at a time, help those that placed their whole lives working and saving to buy a beach house to remember where our Home really is, help those that will listen not go back as business as usual like all the other times, help all that will listen understand we where to only build souls , break our hearts for what breaks Yours, guide us with what we are to do this very day and do as Jesus told us "Luke 18:1And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint," help us not faint , be with Your elect and keep them as Jesus prayed for Peter's soul , help us pray for souls and not stuff , help us to know how to pray differently as time has changed, help us be a child right now under Your instruction and not that of humans in Jesus name we ask amen
