I just opened randomly to Luke this morning. The Holy Spirit is connecting His Church here, for sure.

With bitter tears and weeping afterwards , even Peter as close to Jesus , denied knowing Christ then repented.

But once the Holy Spirit was sent, there was no turning back....for anyone.

The Price that Jesus paid is never to be ignored or diminished.

The Holy Spirit is our precious gift....priceless.

Glory to God

My eyes hurt from crying so much when I wrote it and last night I dreamed a storm is coming and no one would pay attention... I have had the storm dreams before so concerning.

Father grant me guidance so that I may be a beacon to others if they need Light. Quell the Queries in my heart so I can speak with passion. Steady my heart so I can steady others.

Amen so let us pray that He makes our path clear here on earth for us to glorify Him. We all share the belief that this is temporary and we will be with Him someday. We are here to do work for Him that He planned for each one of us. That alone gives us joy!

Father God, protect us all from the evil one as we live our lives for the sole purpose of glorifying you. Lord Jesus, we humbly praise you and ask that you send us the peace of your spirit.

Prayer changes things

Enchanter thanks for video , yes it was always sin no more what ever we have been caught or convicted of

Acts 8 is very important to all of us in many ways. Because of something that happened this week I want to look at how God speaks to people in this chapter.

“Acts 8:14 Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John: 15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost: 16 For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 17 Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost. 26 And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is desert. 29 Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. “

These verses shows the very important steps to following Jesus and what He left for us. I have never had an angel speak to me as far as I know ,but I have had the Spirit say go and do this or that.

Do you ever wonder why you are prompted to go here or there or stop and speak to someone?

“Acts 8:37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. 38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him. 39 And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.”

Having someone lay hands on you that has the Holy Ghost ,to receive the Holy Ghost is vital in the steps of being a follower. I love the story of Philip , he just stops , listens , goes and does, he is spontaneous for the Lord. Jesus tells us if we are not like Philip and willing to do as the Apostles did we can not follow.

We live in a world of calendars ,appointments and agendas, satan is very clever at his work. We have to live by what the Holy Ghost tells us, because it is all about what the eunuch received. Who do we listen to ? We have been taught long and hard to listen to humans. That inner voice that the world has medicated or only allows places on the calendar, may be why Jesus was concerned He would find true faith when He returns. Look at your life when was the last time you had the Spirit of Philip. If you have never been as Philip , find those with the Holy Ghost and ask them to lay hands on you...

God can use a human , an angel , the Holy Spirit or any of His creations to speak to us. We just have to drown out the noise of the world and listen...The other very important lesson in Acts 8 is the message about Simon.

“Acts 8:13 Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done. 18 And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles' hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money.”

People can believe , be baptized and want what God offers for all the wrong reasons. Simon was all about Simon and what he could get. Following , believing and receiving is all about what Philip did. God gives and we give ,whatever and wherever the Spirit leads us...

We have to make appointments for everything even getting baptized. Scriptures and Philip shows us a very different following than we have now. Some churches recognize this and keep that pool of water handy at all times.
Verse 39 says the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away and the eunuch saw him no more.

The eunuch did not need Philip , the eunuch had all he needed to get through life. Jesus did not have to keep walking on earth because of the same reason , He left us all we need. Many are still following Moses and that is not why Jesus suffered and died on that Cross. Is there a eunuch in your life struggling with the word of God? The world says this or that person is to help them , Acts 8 says different. Be a Philip this week , listen , follow and do or go as the Holy Ghost says not what a calendar says...

Dear Heavenly Father , we ask that all the souls You want saved today are , we ask all that need to repent do, we ask that all You are calling to do or say something do, we ask Your will be done in Jesus name amen



Please lift up places like Indonesia and Haiti today...

I wanted to share what I read today as for years people on here have ask me do you think Elijah is on earth?

I think many have been confused this is pretty clear

I just wanted to give a quick praise report. My niece made a positive turn over the weekend. She is still nauseated and weak but she is able to stand for longer periods of time and is eating better. Thanks for the prayers.
