Daily Prayer Thread !!!Plus The Word

Realizing this is just as important as seeing the times that God provided for us.

There are many times in our past that things could have been a LOT worse than they were.

There's nothing wrong with "needing God".

Case in point.

In 1 Samuel 8 the elders of the Hebrews DEMANDED to have a king.

God had been their King up until then, but the people basically said....

...."we don't need God".

They basically rejected one of the few things that made them different from the rest of the societies around them up until that point in time.

Samuel told them everything that would happen with a human king...and it still did not matter.

1 Sam 8

18 And ye shall cry out in that day be-
cause of your king which ye shall have
chosen you; and the LORD will not hear
you in that day.
19 Nevertheless the people refused to
obey the voice of Samuel; and they said,
Nay; but we will have a king over us;

There's a huge difference in "telling God what we need" versus "telling God that we NEED Him".

People tend to overlook the Old Testament all the time. Judges 4 shows us about a prophetess of God and "judge" named Deborah.



The real issues of Paul start with the fact that all of his letters were addressing problems in various churches that he had already established. Only in the last part of Acts do we get to see what he actually preached about.

5 passages in the NT stand out concerning women & what Jesus was teaching etc...

1. Samaritan woman at the well.

2. Pagan woman / "crumbs" / dogs.

3. Woman with the "blood" issue.

4. Mary / Martha / Lazarus

5. Mary Magdalene at the tomb.

2 & 3 deal with strength of Faith
4 dealt with doing a "needful work"
1 & 5 tell of women going to men to announce very important "discoveries" TO men.

Lastly, societies in those times were male dominated. A woman trying to spread the "Good News" to them would have been greeted with nothing but scorn and ridicule for the most part.

The Bible is full of stories of God "picking" someone for certain tasks. There's no reason that the same thing isn't happening in our modern days.

In finishing Acts 13 we see we have two sets of people in that chapter. One set wants to kill Peter for the message and the others longs to hear it. Gentiles was anything outside of Israel before the Cross. Jesus explains many times He came to make us One. Paul does the same in “Galatians 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.”

All children of God if we be Christ's.
We have to go back to the beginning to see where things have gone so wrong. Kicked out of the Garden of Eden and people becoming so bad ,God destroyed everything except what was on on the Ark is where we start. God told Noah this in” Genesis 9: 15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. 16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.”


We sometimes overlook that God made that rainbow for Him to remember to not destroy all flesh and every living creature with a flood like that again. After Noah died and till now ,we can not imagine how many times God has looked down and been reminded of His covenant with Noah and keeps us another day.

We only have to go from Genesis 9 to chapter 11 for things to go south. “Genesis11: 4And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

The words like us , me and I are dangerous when everything is about God. “Let us make a name for ourselves, “ they forgot what God told Noah to do just 2 chapters back. “Genesis 9: And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth. “

Earth is God's ,always has been, those people forgot and almost every generation since has. Floods still happen to remind us Who we belong to and of the beginning ,Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”

There are only two Nations after the Cross. There is only two kinds of cities after the Cross. There is only two kinds of borders after the Cross. There is only two kinds of people after the Cross ,no matter the language.

For us to think all those people praying to God and fleeing their country for a better home , is a coincidence, is to be the people Jesus said we would be , as in the days of Noah. For us to think all that has happened just here in America to our homes since Harvey in 2017 , is a coincidence ,is to be the people Jesus said we would be , as in the days of Noah.

They did not follow the instructions God gave before Noah died and we have made up our own as well. Making a name for ourselves and not following God's instructions , on God's planet ,never works out well in the past or the future.
We where to always only be building One City , “Hebrews 13:14 For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come. “ We made our own tower and rules and never saw it coming. We decided who was allowed in by our criteria and have a mess. There are those outside our tower , that are praying to the same God we pray to ,that need in. There are those outside our tower ,that God loves as much as He loves us.

Who we are going to let in God's border will determine , who He lets in. Strong messages are being sent around the world , are we listening ? God did not like what they did in Babel , all of earth ,He says many times. God has held to His promise to Noah, that is Who He is. We have a list of all that will happen before Jesus returns. I stand in awe of what is happening at such a pace. This earth will not be completely destroyed by water again ,but will be by fire. “ 2 Peter 3:6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: 7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.”

If we make ourselves our own tower with our own rules , God will remind us as He did them and lead us to the reminder in 2 Peter 3, that is His love.


While we may speak different languages , we have One interrupter. While we may live in different parts of the world we where to know each other by Who lives in us. There is a gathering happening of sheep and goats, be very careful to not be found outside the Ark. Be very careful to not be found in Sodom , be very careful what is being built.
Do not be found in this group. “Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”

Do not look at people as anything other than either” in Christ or not.” There are only two kinds of people and we are either sheep or goats. We are either God's or satan's. God scattered them in Genesis , He will gather them from every corner of earth, His earth not ours. This was always the script , we choose to follow God's or satan's .
