Thank you all for praying for my friend who had the MRI. The results are not good - and his degree of pain is more than most of us could bear, but he refuses opiates as working against his quality of life. Surgery is a possibility, to remove bone fragments from two areas, the neck and the lower spine, which are the worst at the moment. Bone fragments break away from the spine, and rub on interior structures and flesh, causing excruciating pain.

He has not yet made a decision about the surgery(ies). Please continue praying for him and his condition, and that wisdom prevail regarding surgery. God knows what will most help him, and God's will is what we want more than anything else.
