Kenny Update !

The surgeon successfully reattached my brothers colon today. No more colostomy bag ! Tomorrow, if his guts are working OK, he might get discharged.

In 3 weeks, my brother has to go back to the orthopedic. Kenny went up on a ladder 2 weeks ago, to clean his gutters. He was not supposed to do things like this, but did it anyway. He fell and broke his left arm at the elbow. He might need surgery to repair the fracture, but they will wait until he is healed up a bit from today's surgery.

The orthopedic told my brother NOT to tell the surgeon that his left elbow was broken, as that might have delayed his reattachment surgery for quite a while.
