One of my favorite times of the year is Thanksgiving. It is an opportunity, as a family unit, to take our eyes off of the bad and just give thanks to God. Just preparing for Thanksgiving day has made me stop and give thanks.

I had the most beautiful past few days with my elderly dad. We prepared part of the Thanksgiving food that we could freeze ahead of time. Dad is 87 and still going strong and I am thankful for that.

I am thankful for my family and friends that God has blessed me with and for His provision.

I am thankful for this group. You all are the best and most loving prayer warriors around.

I am even thankful for the valleys, because that is when He is there to carry us through.

I am thankful that God gave his only begotten son, Jesus, to die for my sins.

Today, I just want to share my Thankfulness to God.
