I've been on this forum for years and years and I've talked with most of you before. Some good, some bad I'm sure. I need your prayers more than ever. I found out about 100 days ago that I had esophageal cancer. I've already been through all of the chemo and radiation therapy and recovered from that and I'm getting ready for an operation called an esophagectomy. They cut out the cancer parts and raise the stomach and tie it all back together. My surgery date is closing in and I'm naturally scared since i have a teenager who i want to see live her life and a lovely wife. I'm in good health and I'm strong, and supposedly I have one of the best Surgeons in the entire world who lives in my city. Please pray for me to be strong and not be afraid. I love all of you. And God Bless every one of you.  I made it through the chemo, radiation, and Thoracic surgery. Thanks to everyone for your prayers. Please pray for my recovery as well as a benign reading for something they found at last moment. Love you guys and girls and thanks for all the prayers. Wonderful news!! Yet it is just what we expected, as God was in that surgical suite with you, with your doctors, with your health outcome. How was your fear factor? Hope prayer handled that, too. We are so thankful for your outcome, and expect the same for the biopsy of whatever was found. God bless and keep you. Thanks for all of the prayers. My Surgeon is a believer and we prayed for each other before the surgery. One of my Doctors even goes to same Church as me. Blessings to everyone.
