But a dear in-law is dying and she finally broke down in tears and told the family on Thanksgiving day. I am totally heartbroken along with so many others in our family. For now please keep my family member in your prayers. Her heart is slowly dying, there is no medical solution and she is only in her low 60's age wise. We need a miracle. Paul that wrote Romans 8, had to literally go blind to see. Romans 8 is all about the Spirit and the warnings are strong. Everything , even hope can not be seen in the Spirit world of God. We live in a very visual world, but everything about God is Spirit. I hate the lies told that it is easy to please and follow God , it is not. Earth is a testing ground , how ironic we base our entire lives on test. We must pass test from Pre-K to College but the only one that really matters is God's. Since the Garden humans have been trying to obey God, that we can not seen. He is so Holy and powerful we would die in these human bodies to look at Him. “Genesis 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. “ He longs for us to obey and walk in the Garden with Him. There was one rule in the Garden and humans are so weak compared to God ,we can not obey without the Spirit of God. That is why God sent His only Son. Today I was reminded how hard I worked for and at my moms , yet I did not want to work that hard for God. From schools, business and church Romans 8 was to be our goal. All that was and is taught and done outside of Romans 8 , outside of the purpose of God ,will perish. Do you know a school , business or church that is all Spirit minded ,that believes and follows Romans 8? “Romans 8: 9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, He is none of His. “ Wow , that is just a scary verse in this carnal world. I lived in the world of flesh and tried to keep God in my pocket when I needed Him. We are either Spirit or not, there is no middle ground. Schools of carnal education are teaching death, business's that are carnal are selling death, carnal churches are spreading death. Romans 8 is very clear what life and death are, what is seen and not seen and how to be a child of God... We have become desensitized when it comes to death. satan has been very clever in how he has used movies, games , books , education and even our cars. Death on this earth is nothing compared to the death spoken of in Romans 8. Life without God on this threshing floor can be unbearable. Having to spend eternity with everything we hate on this planet is what many will do. We have to take our lives and walks with God more seriously. A child of 6 ask me why I prayed so much. This child spends 9 hours of his day ,where Romans 8 is not allowed. Out of my 5 days of hard work and care this past week ,the answer I gave that child is all that mattered. Look today at where the Spirit is and is not. Look where Romans 8 is and where it is not. Pray every person and child can see Romans 8 in day in someone... “Revelation 22:12-14And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.” |

I’ve put this off as long as I could, but it’s time. Quoting: Simple27 Last Friday I had a situation that landed me in the ER overnight. Ultimately it got blamed on uterine fibroids that I have (and told them about prior to the ultrasound). I lost a lot of blood that day & night. Incidentally during my trip to the ER they tested my potassium and found it to be pretty low. It was 3.0. They gave me some potassium pills right away and told me to eat bananas lol. That was the extent of it. Fast forward to Tuesday and I had to have lab work done for my hematologist. One of the things tested was again my potassium, which has now dropped to 2.7. My primary care doctor received these results and immediately prescribed me 3,000 mg of potassium per day for the next 15 days. I will be retested about a week after finishing those 15 days. A potassium level of 2.5 and below is considered life-threatening and you get admitted into the hospital and put on IV potassium, which I’ve read can be quite painful and feel like your veins are burning. :\ Heart failure can occur with a low potassium level, and mine is getting close to life-threatening. Hopefully these potassium pills work. I can’t swallow them because they are HUGE! I have to dissolve them in water and then drink the water. Blah! Lol. Moving along to bigger and scarier things… My other half, who is also a GLP’er (although doesn’t visit frequently here anymore) is more in need of prayers. He’s got some blockage in his heart arteries. On Monday he goes in for a heart catheterization and likely a PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention). Stent. We’ll be at the hospital for hours, mostly due to the recovery period after the procedure/surgery. There are MANY complications that can take place during this procedure, including heart failure on the table. Please keep him in your prayers. His name is Ryan. Thank you Prayer Warriors!
