Pooka, I didn't go there after work.
I ate a little a pre-cooked chicken, guzzled natural mineral water, had an epsom salt bath and crawled in bed. After all the stuff I've been taking, I think it crest yesterday (fingers crossed). I added Thyroid support (ashwagandha root) last night, since my first symptom was a hoarse voice. (It didn't cross my mind it might have been a thyroid issue. But it mimics the flu.)
It's working, especially with your prayers.
All in all, I'm probably "normal" sick now. I am taking: bendryl, tylenol, chewable Vitamin C, magnesium, L-Lysine, ashwagandha, rhinocort nasal spray and 30 year old bee pollen. I'll crank-up the oil of oregano diffuser again and another hot bath before my morning crash.
