We can own what was said or did to us as a child. I once was told you have a black cloud hanging over you. I was also told I would make a good housewife , while it was said to another person in the room they would do great things. I was told I was a bad child and could do nothing right. I was hit with a board for things that where not my fault.


Poison was spoken to me as child many times especially in school. I spent over 8 hours a day of my childhood in the secular world. From other children , teachers and people of authority I was bullied. To the top of my head to my toes ,I walked my life out with that black cloud and those words.
The hardest thing I have done in my life to this day, is come to know and own Psalm 37.

Psalm 37:4Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

I have lived and owned the life of those years in school.

There is power in words and that is why children where to learn to read from the Bible. Children where never meant to spend their growing years outside the system Jesus was raised. Then, by 12 we should be able to go outside this unkind world and not be transformed by it. God was very careful who raised His only Son and we should follow that example.

We wonder why things are so messed up and children as early as 6 years old , are now deciding who and what they are outside of God's plan.
I can testify what that world told me as a child and I owned it. I ran daycare and I was a substitute teacher, we compromised with satan and that was to never be.

Children learn from the day they are born. They are born in an evil world. They have to be trained to not walk down a dangerous road. I was told to be good at home and sent out in a world of bad all day. That does not work and we see the fruits of compromising with the devil.


We missed why God allowed satan to remove Him from the worldly education.

Lord Jesus, please hold Joann in your healing arms to help the hematoma reabsorb quickly, and heal every broken bone in her wrist. Keep her safe from harm while her frail body heals.

Well said GFG. I have never spoken bad into my children's lives, but instead encouraged them and supported them by my words and spiritually.
Because of the Bible and your faith, you got through it. However, there are so many that have not gotten through it because of lack of Christianity in their homes. Praying for all those children.

John3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.


I heard on Christian radio this morning something that made stop what I was doing and give great thought to what was said.

The person explained God did not say He loved the world so much there would not be suffering , cancer, storms and all kinds of sorrows. Then they said ,I feel sorry for those that have never had cancer.

There will be a back lash from that statement. Hopefully what they meant was we should feel sorry for any that do not understand and believe in John 3:16.

“Luke 9:23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.”

For some they may face cancer , while others lose all they have in a storm. We should never wish sorrow on any. Only God knows what will bring us closer and we are all different. The key to this life of sorrows is the Cross and this life is about the next...

We should always ask what am I to learn from this and how will God be glorified in it....He will help us carry our Cross until we leave here

Please pray for my baby girl Icee.

She had hip pain and I gave her Advil not realizing it is toxic to dogs. The vet is going to to see her in about 45 minutes, but I really need prayers that no damage will be done. I dd read up on and it seems her weight may be her saving grace.

Thank you all so much. We just got back from the Vet and he said that her being over-weight was probably a good thing this time and saved her. He expects little to no effect, but we need to continue watching her over the next few days.
Please continue praying and thank you again. This is the first place I ran to for prayer.

Oh, I hope she is ok!
Of course I will pray for your sweet girl. Hopefully one is not enough to harm her. CBD oil is supposed to be good, and maybe turmeric for inflammation?

I massage my mom's knee with black cumin seed oil, which is very anti-inflammatory and it helps a lot. Just double check that it's ok for dogs, she will probably lick it too.


Please keep us posted on how she is.
