Praying for Icee - Lord, please protect this four-legged girl of Your creation. NolaAngel did what she thought best. Let there be no long-term damage from this, please, in Jesus' Name.

Father, we ask Your protection and care over all the pets who are being abused, are without water, food, shelter, warmth. Please whisper to their humans to do the right things, whether that is to bring them in, release them to a rescue organization - whatever is needed. Please protect all of these creatures.

NOLAangel, did you get pain medication from the vet for her for the next pain period? Also, there are some great joint helps available non-prescription to give on a daily basis. I have to give them to my elderly Chihuahua.

Thank you Pooka. I did get a prescription for Tramadol. I am just afraid to give it to her tonight as I really want to watch for any possible effects of the Advil. I could kick myself, but hearing her yelp in pain made me want to help her right away. So far she is doing well.

Anything non-prescription suggestions would be appreciated for sure. I started giving her my hemp oil this evening instead of taking it myself. I read about good results with animals and it has zero side effects because there is no THC in it.

The other funny thing about tonight, is that when I went outside after returning from the vet and asking for prayer on this forum, I saw a shooting star. The last time I saw a shooting star, after prayer, was when I was living in an apartment many years ago and had been burglarized twice. I just had finished a prayer to God to help me get a house in a secure area even though I did not have the finances. 2 months after that prayer and the shooting star sign in the heavens, I secured my first house. So, I think that shooting star was a sign from God that he heard the prayers and is going to help my baby girl.

I'm very happy that Icee seems to be doing well, and that you have a prescription for her. What did the vet diagnose as the problem? Arthritis? Did she/he do x-rays?

In another thread people were talking about giving dogs CBD oil. I know nothing about using any form of marijuana for dogs - I personally wouldn't do it.

One person said, and I have no doubt of the truth of it - do not give dogs any amount of THC as they cannot process being high. I think that would be incredibly cruel - so mean and ugly to do that to them. If you are going to use such products, please verify there is no THC.

Do look for glucosamine chondroitin for Icee's joints. Certainly has helped my Chihuahua and I would think it's even more important for larger dogs.

What a timely Word in our days of division. We can take the Word of God and make it say what we want to hear or live. It was that way in the Garden with a little encouragement and it certainly is now.

Paul , Peter and all those listed in Romans 16 where in one accord. I always love what I heard a wise man say once. When Scripture says something only once and is not clear , leave it alone. Scripture backs Scripture all through the Bible from front to back ,especially the things God really wants us to get.

If I want to start a church that proves faith by a snake bite , I will pull from “Acts 28:3 And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat, and fastened on his hand..”

When I do this I leave out the very words of Jesus ” Luke 4:12 And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.”

“2 Timothy 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”

The Bible is One Book, One Story. The first part shows us Who God is , what He love , what he hates , how He speak and why we need Jesus. The last part shows us the Love of God in Jesus Christ ,His only Son and what is to come. When we do not do as Paul said in Romans 16:17 we are led astray.

Read and study the Living Word of God and know it better than those that teach it. Do not be deceived or found as the” hearts of the simple.” We are in a time of strange doctrines and they struggled with it in Romans 16. Imagine what satan has whispered since that time, generation after generation. All those listed in Romans 16 would not be welcome to walk in a church and give correction. “Avoid ,”is the word used by Paul of such people. Pride and stiff necked was found in Genesis and I promise it is abound today.
Get alone with the King James Bible ,many scholars had to agree to put it together for us. The Holy Spirit is the teacher and our degree comes from God. We can go to His class room everyday...Do not trust me or any human with your eternal life.

Good morning. So far so good with Icee. She does have an upset stomach and is throwing up very small amounts but no blood in it. The vet told me to expect that. He has her on 20mg prilosec once/day to help with that and on a bland diet. She still has an appetite and is begging as usual, so that is good. The hip has a little inflammation but I am holding off on her doggy anti-inflammatory meds until this stomach issue is resolved. Thank you all for your prayers and please keep her in your prayers.

Please pray for Paula and her family. Her husband and daughter (15) are fighting cancer and she is having complications from a surgery she had in her colon when she was a baby and may need to have a colostomy. Paula is an angel who takes care of her old parents. Her only brother died in an accident and all the care of her parents is on her.

I want to re-share something about the tool of the internet . Over 8 years ago the Lord led me to my first internet forum. This forum is seen by millions all over the world. No one knows each other except by their post and threads, what they write . We do not know who reads or sees unless someone replies. On Face Book we know each other for the most part and we have the option of who can see and read what we share.

The devil and his little helpers work everywhere even the internet but so does God and His Helpers.
I am in charge of a daily prayer thread and there are many prayer warriors that work together on that thread.
On this forum, I am told all the time to go away or get a real life. What my friends see on Face Book is what I write for that forum. It was long ago, I got a private message from a person ,in another country under an anonymous name, that said they gave their life to the Lord because of what I write. One thousand people could tell me to go away in a day but that one person is why we do as the Lord calls us …
On this thread we keep each other accountable and do the Lord's work daily.

We never know who is watching on the internet, but I promise the spirit and the Spirit world does. satan would love the internet Anna's to go away. I have learned soooooo many things and one is to never argue or even feed a troll or derailer. The Word of God is what saves. That can be shared face to face or the wonderful highway of internet.
Do not have the mind set souls can only be reached one way, satan loves that lie. Use every tool satan uses. We tell each other all the time on this forum , we can not wait to meet each other in Heaven. The internet can reach millions in seconds , satan know this , he uses it.

He whispers go away... Some of the most Spiritual people I ever talked to , I have never seen. We have never seen Moses , King Solomon , King David , Matthew , Mark , Luke , John , Peter or Paul , yet we know Who they belong to by what they wrote.

Dear Heavenly Father , we lift up Paula and her family , we ask You provide all that is needed , we call on Your strength , healing and wisdom , we ask the enemy have no power in this in Jesus name amen
