satan is making offers and many are taking . God help us though Your Spirit to say “Get thee behind me, satan.”
“Exodus 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.”
That statue this Christmas is a powerful message! The God we pray to knew in Exodus 20 what satan would use in 2018 . Rather than us taking a stand and saying the tree comes down ,there will be no hand holding a piece of fruit , we compromised with the enemy.
We are in perilous times and Jesus told us we would be. Yet we are acting as the people in the days of Noah and Sodom but we where told we would be., Luke 17.

Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good. If that doesn't describe a Christmas tree I don't know what does. At the same time though, this is just one small reason that Jesus told us to repent, and why the Father knew the need for us to require forgiveness and a Savior. Hopefully the Father will forgive those who do this for the fact that during the "season" many folks make an extra effort to honour the Son and glorify the Father.
