Ice Cream, ask God to change you. Ask Him often, and thank Him for every little change you see. He really will - He is changing me! Ask Him for self-control, freedom from anger, freedom from torment. Torment would cause anger, easily.

Lord Jesus we bring before You Ice Cream, who wants to change, feels the need to change. We ask that You would change him more and more into Your image. Show him, Lord, where in the Bible to find the passages on anger, self-control, healing, and torment. Help him to read these passages frequently, coming into a greater and greater understanding of Your Will for his life, and a willingness to accept that Will. Thank You, Father God, Lord Jesus, and Holy Spirit, that You will do these things for us, that it is Your will we become more and more like you. Thank You for answered prayers. Amen
