2 Peter 3:3Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
Have you ever thought about all the generations that have longed or scoffed at the Coming of Jesus Christ since that was written. It was said to me ,people have looked for that to happen for over 2000 years and nothing is different.

I went away and prayed about what was said and ask the Lord why and what are we missing? I ask what it would take for God to say “go, “to Jesus. I got my answer in the days of Noah and Sodom. Jesus refers to those in the last days .
The two times God got so angry He destroyed the planet and a large population, those hold the answer to the last days. He loves His creations and wants none to perish.

“2 Peter 3: 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

“Genesis 6 :5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.”

“Genesis 19:20 And the Lord said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; 21I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.”

2 Timothy 3 and 4 is another place to see what happens in the last days. Only God knows the hearts of humans and the generation , the day and hour but we where to train each generation to be ready.

“Mark 13:35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: 36 Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. 37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.”

Jesus gives us a list of things to watch for in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21. It is going to hard, a tribulation unlike any and then we will see Him on those clouds. How did Noah and his family survive? How did Lot and his daughters survive, are key for us today. The list of what is not allowed in Heaven is clear. Yes there are rules to get to Heaven. The Cross was not a pass for us to do whatever we want and to be in the presence of God . Hebrews 9 ,tells us about the price that was paid and the cost. Jesus suffered and died and rose to Heaven for us to know what is not allowed in. He left us the Holy Spirit to guide us through this messy world.



satan whispers , “where is the promise , do what you want , He is not coming, it was made up.” Noah and Lot had a choice to be like the crowd but they stood out to the Lord. They where fundamentalist , they took the Word of God literal. To not be caught up in what this world offers is very important. It was said to me why cant you be like everyone else? I want nothing in my life that kept those people off the Ark in days of Noah . I want nothing Sodom has to offer. I long to be in this crowd, “2 Peter 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. 14Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.”

Peace , without spot and blameless , man that is a daily struggle in this little kingdom of offers. Look how hard you work for what the world offers today. Many of us work harder in our yards than for what is in Scriptures of follow Jesus. satan whispers “all this I will give you if you follow me, Luke 4.” Two choices and two outcomes but our bodies end up in the same place... Our souls and Spirits go where we decided on earth they would go.
Ecclesiastes 3:20 All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.
It was said to me my brother had lack of oxygen to his brain, that is why He saw that bright Light , those Angels and all he saw. All he saw made him want no part of Sodom and longed for the crowd in 2 Peter 3:13-14. satan has always said the opposite of God , know who God's enemy is. Jesus spent 40 days with him for us...
We have a choice and if you want to believe this is it and there is no more, that is your choice. I only have to walk in the next room to be thankful for the Promise of better things to come... I only have to read the prayer list of many churches right now to be thankful of better things to come. We can not survive this place without deep roots in faith, Scriptures to call on when the world come at us and the Helper , the Holy Spirit of God...
God is allowing us to see what this world offers hard and fast in just 1 years time. The gravity that hold us down , the air we breath , the water we drink, all that is in Genesis 1 and 2 or Job 38 shows us what an amazing Creator God is. satan is the opposite of God and in a battle for souls,satan loses this war...
satan wanted his own kingdom God allowed it , Luke 4. It was and is our choice every generation. Do we want people in our lives that do not love us by free will ? I know I do not , why would God ?

satan says follow me and you can have what the world offers in this moment and time. God says follow me and we can spend eternity with Him and satan is not allowed in. Hallelujah , the list of what is not allowed in Heaven is what I long for... I will make that list s o we can work towards not having those things in our lives...
