Praying for all in need.

I need prayer in something the Lord is trying to show me I can not understand for months now.It has to do with buildings on temp foundations like blocks, and no it is not as obvious as it seems. thanks

I would be a mess too. I'll be praying tomorrow and keeping you both in my daily prayers.

Praying that the Lord will reveal this to you. Buildings on a faux foundation, such as temporary blocks may represent the present day church who appears strong, but will crumble during the shaking. That is what came to my mind.

We have all kinds of foundations in our time of building things. Some homes and buildings are just sitting on blocks that all kinds of things can get under and even live. Then there are buildings that nothing can get under and they are sealed and not moveable.

When our Spiritual foundations is based on anything other than the true Word of God taught by the Holy Ghost , all kinds of things will creep in. Reading Zephaniah ,who on earth would ever want to be a stumbling block. Just because something is taught from an older generation does not mean it is correct. Just because we have any higher man made education does not mean it is correct.

Some where along the way there where stumbling blocks that raised Pharisee and Sadducee. They seemed very educated. They missed the whole message about Jesus and was not ready for when He came. The scariset thing we do do as believers is be a stumbling block like they had and where.

We are in a sea of weak foundations and stumbling blocks. 1 Peter 2 shows us what we are to be built upon.
“Luke 2:25 And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him. 26 And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ.”

We see this man that the Holy Ghost was upon him , knew about Jesus, in a time of educated Pharisee and Sadducee. He was not part of the group that caused many to stumble before Jesus came. We only have to read about the few that knew and waited for Jesus ,then the many that did not, to see how dangerous it is to be teaching or leading people without the Spirit of God.

If you have any man made education in your life , throw it out. Get on your knees and become a blank slate for God to teach.
It was those that thought they knew it all that where the most lost, please learn from the greatest Book ever written. God is the one that taught Simeon , God is the only Teacher that matters...

Do not be unteachable...
Job 38:4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

Job 1: 8 none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

Job had to be taught , are any of us prefect and upright , no. Do not be a stumbling block much less a Pharisee thinking you know it all.

We are in perilous times pray that any that will repent do before it is to late

Lord in YAHshua/Jesus name, rebuke all sodomite, homosexual, sex perversion spirits, and break the link/nexus/ability of creativity/same sex sympathy that the devil grants them, so no more financial blessings, no mo0re occult power, no more creativity, especially the kind that leads astray and makes foe fame, fortune and influence, that rather all blessing and power, creativity and love wisdom, is empowered in Your children . I never found another jacket like that again. It was a very expensive and very pretty jacket that I had found at the resale shop for $20. As for the glove incident yesterday, my mother had her own gloves with her. She just wanted mine, which were old and beat up, and literally my dog walking gloves.I had just taken out Jewel before I left for the hospital. There is no doubt she would have thrown them away as soon as she got to the rehab facility.When she demands, she expects me to just hand things over. One of the nurses, not knowing what crap my mother was pulling off, found a pair of gloves and gave them to her.
Yes, my mother may have signs of dementia now, but she has always been mean like this to me from day one, and usually a lot worse than this.I could tell you stories about her treatment of me over the years, that you would think are fiction.She has treated others terribly too, but I have always been her main target. I confronted her several years ago about her horrible treatment of me. She replied with "I needed a scapegoat, and you were it".
But, she is my mother, and I have to do what is right.
I would appreciate prayers for all of us, as this has been so difficult. I am also sorry for ranting about this all.

FYI: Youngest daughter stayed home from work today. Her cold is a real whopper ! :(

My brother Kenny is going to the Rehab place this morning to check on my mother and to sign admission papers if she refuses to do so. He has medical power of attorney for her, so he is the official signer if my mother refuses to cooperate, which we know she will not cooperate in any way, shape, or form. I am sure she has caused trouble there already, and probably has already shown her racist attitude for all to enjoy(sarcasm). I am staying away for a few days. I need to download, take care of my sick daughter, and try to get things done here.

Tiger as far as your mom a lot of your fires will be put out when you have found peace about her.
From what I have read she had a terrible childhood and she choose you because you would still love her.


People are strange and we are products of our past , hers must have been a doozy. If she has any mental disorder to go with that past it is unkind to all including her. Pray for her and ask God to removed the demons of the past.

The darkness in your mom does not like the Light in you, the only thing that darkness can not win at is Love ,

Dear Heavenly Father , we lift up our GLP family and ask for healing of body, soul and Spirit , help us wear Your Armor in this war , let love conquer evil , help us forgive as Jesus did , help us each understand what You are working out in us with tribulation , help us not fear the things of this world , help us remember our bodies are temporary and it is our souls and Spirits that continue so let the enemy have no power in sickness , finances , unkindness or our thoughts , help us look up in Jesus name amen

My Mum didn't want anyone seeing her eat. She was blind and knew that she sometimes dropped things down her front.

However your Mum sounds as though she is best in hospital and being taken care of.

Glad that you are resting tonight. Tooth pain is awful.

I have this same thought for you GFG.

Look at ALL the scandels that have been happening in various Christian denominations over the last 30 years.

Look at the state of the pastors who have been teaching over that period.

On top of that...how many pastors have been talking about the lack of teaching about sin and repentance in the last 5 years?

There was a rebroadcast of a Kurt Goff Live program the other night. There was a millenial Uber driver who called in and told a story about giving a ride to 3 other millenials. One of the main "points" brought up about the "M's" is that they don't seem to have a real understanding of what sin is, nor the consequences of NOT repenting.

Even though her family went through a rough time during the Depression, she is the only one in her family that has an attitude.From what I understand, she has always been this way, even as a child, even BEFORE the Depression.

I have received numerous calls from the Rehab facility since last night. My mother is refusing to sign anything, not cooperating with anything, and there is nothing I can do about it.

The past is the past. What you do with the present, is what counts. I have prayed for my mother, and will continue to do so.
