Thinking of your daughter and family.
Hoping to hear of improvement.
Quoting: MySoul Thank you so very much for your thoughts. She is still in quite a bit of pain and has begun to start dealing with the emotional/psychological aspects of everything. She has her first follow-up with the orthopedic surgeon next Thursday for the shoulder/wrist surgery. She is really struggling with the news that she will only have a 65%-70% return of function to her shoulder even after the surgery performed. Next Wednesday she has the protection from abuse hearing and she is very anxious about that because she is worried that he will be there in attendance. I don't think he will be because of his mental state, but you never know. Tuesday she met with the DA and that had her pretty down knowing that he will only face a maximum of 17 1/2 years for his crimes under Kansas law. We do know that his lawyers are seeking an insanity defense. That was a pretty rough day for her emotionally. It's just hard for me at times because I just don't know what to say to her. It's just so hard because no parent wants to see their child hurting so badly physically and emotionally/psychologically.  for all and all requests. Dear Heavenly Father , we thank You for what You have done and will do, we ask for healing of body, soul and Spirit and let forgiveness be part of that, we ask justice be served and she never have to face this demon again in Jesus name amen  Still praying for you TrustNooneKS. Praying for you and your daughter especially and your entire family. You tell your daughter that the doctors opinion that she will only regain 70% usage back of her shoulder is just their opinion. I hope and pray and have faith she can recover 100%! You tell her she can! I love you my dear friend. (Goddess of the sea 1) That is me :) Hugs!  Thanks bunches!  I told her God still does perform miracles and we don't know for sure that it won't be 100%. I suspected all along it was you!  Missed you so very much! for all and all requested prayers!
