I can feel something coming to us soon, and it is not pleasant. Sri Lanka is the script that is unfolding. After the attacks, the unaffected churches have cancelled services. Because of the attacks in Sri Lanka,a liberal city, Portland, instead of protecting the possible Christian targets, are instead protecting the potential attackers.This will happen in other cities also. Those who should have protection from the authorities will not. What is good, has now become evil and what is evil, has now become good.

We must pray unceasingly, not necessarily for protection from what is coming, but for our Faith to sustain us, no matter what. This is no time to be lukewarm. You are either with Christ all the way, or you are against Him. Your eternal life with God depends on what choice you make.

Huntington's Disease has taught me more about faith than any class room ever could . It was and is hands on life ,that built and builds faith. The Lord is showing us nothing is growing right now , we are in dead soil, physically and spiritually.
We have been in decades of lies being taught ,that if you have faith , life will be good, really???
Huntington's Disease is a slow progressive disease. Symptoms get worse year by year and life gets harder not just for the patient but anyone involved.

We only have to look at any person that followed Jesus, to see the closer we follow, the harder it gets in this world , Jesus said this many times. Look at what happened to Peter or Stephen to be able to live in this world and have true faith. It is easy to be thankful when life is good and everything is as we think it should be. That verse says all things , not some, happy or good but all. I never was thankful for all in my heart, till the last few years.

“Matthew 17:15 Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water. 16 And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him.
17 Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me. 18 And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour. 19 Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? 20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”

We live in a society much different than the that dad in Matthew 17. I can relate to that dads suffering but he did not cast him off or give up and Jesus took care of it. We want everything easy and this life is not easy , faith is not easy, following Jesus was never easy. They could not follow one rule in the Garden, they could not follow ten rules in Exodus to Matthew. Jesus was not an easy button, Jesus suffered greatly for us to have access to Heaven. Why on earth would it not be hard to spend eternity with God the Father when he allowed the Cross for His only Son???


No one had it easy in Scriptures , we took a few verses and created our own easy doctrine. Can I or anyone I know make a mountain move or do impossible things ??? No , and until I or you can ,unbelief is being worked out. Do not get rid of , run from or cast off the hard, let Him take care of it. With Him faith will grow , when we are thankful for even the very hard things...

Hey GFG, I didn't know you were dealing with Huntington's disease. You? Or a loved one?

If one reads Job, easy believism is out the window.

In our home we are truly trying to praise Him in all things. It can be a struggle sometimes, but we are learning to do that. Nothing we have experienced is anything compared to Yeshua sacrificing himself to make a way for us to be in a right relationship with Yah. Nothing.

I have experienced miracles. I have also experienced protection from Yah that is humbling and kind of scary as well. People intent upon doing me and my husband harm have been dramatically prevented from being able to do so.

For instance, someone literally coming to kill us had their car break down and then was hit and thrown 60 feet and put into a coma. The person did live. But no more threats of murder and mayhem from them.

A few other things similar to that as well. So I know His protection is very present.

But we are not financially well off. That is our biggest area of struggle. But He always provides. We have enough. Sometimes just enough, but we are wealthy in things that actually matter.

My husband has it , sorry for your fires as well but they make us stronger for sure.

I know so many facing similar things , I think the Lord is preparing us to live day to day . Prayers and love sent you way

The wife is getting better every day now, she had to learn everything all over, from brushing her teeth to walking.
She had very low oxygen in her blood, hypoxemia is what they called it.
I can't believe how good she is doing now, we say it was all the people praying for her that made the difference.

Looks like the 3rd is the day she will come home.
