Hebrews 9: 12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. 13 For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: 14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? 15 And for this cause He is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.


1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin.

“If we walk in the Light, “ it tells us then our sins are cleansed. There are many if's in the Bible and everything comes with a cost. Who can really imagine the bloody mess at the Cross that was done for us to walk in Light? Why blood , why did God do what He did. We are all different in many ways but from animals to people we can not live without blood and we all bleed. Before Jesus returns there will be lots of signs for us to know time is near. Without doubt looking at the list in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 alone ,there will be lots of blood and lives lost. Blood reminded the people in days of Moses of Who God is . Blood reminded Peter of Who God is. Jesus paid a terrible price for us to walk in Light.
Hebrews explains how much more sin cost after the Cross.

“Matthew 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. “

The Pharisee loved God and knew the law , they were very religious. Jesus tells us we have to be more righteous than they were. When the world says quick pass, easy button, fast lane just believe and all is washed away, NO...
