Isaiah 58:1 Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. 2Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God.

Read all of Isaiah 58 the verses3-7 are questions about why we do things like fasting. God is done with vain rituals that become about self , everything was and is about the heart and God.

“Isaiah 58:12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in. 13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: 14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.”

Jesus is coming and the foundation of the temple changes.

“Luke 21:6 As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. Luke 5:35 But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.”

When we no longer care about what God cares about ,we get into to trouble just like the people of the past. When we make anything about ourselves ,our wants and desires we forget Who we pray to. When we forget Who we pray to , He will remind us.

“Isaiah 58: 7Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? “

Yesterday I saw a video of people trying to make it to God's border and my heart broke in a thousand pieces. I say” God's border,” because we own nothing . When our hearts do not break in a thousand pieces at the plight of others , we need a heart check just like those in Isaiah. Jesus went to the Cross for all. Nothing on this planet will last only what we take to judgment last.

Our very thoughts much less our actions all mattered. Everything was about what God wanted ,even Jesus tells us that He came to do His Father's will.

Today if you are calling something yours, making something about self and you do not weep or have compassion for those in plight anywhere, I promise you better do a heart check...Read Luke 11 the woes Jesus speaks of and why, do not be in that list of woes...If anyone in America thinks they are more loved than those trying to get to a border, then the Cross has no meaning for you. If anyone thinks those people are not being used by God for His purpose, then the Cross and Bible has no meaning for you. Careful loved ones ,I can testify God knows where a bird fell today.

This cry was to be passed down generation after generation...

It was and is the people that say the love God that get it most wrong. People that are against abortion , kill in mind and in action daily others, for land or for earthly possessions . Then there are those that hate war and think abortions is ok...satan was and is very clever to make something look good that is bad and something bad look good. We can not even think thoughts of death of another , Jesus was very clear on this. We are in perilous times ,ask God not man and know the Bible better than those that teach it, that is just one thing the Cross did for us.
