Daily Prayer Thread !!!Plus The Word

(Please Pray for me as I continue to struggle with a certain sin. Yes Jesus hugged me more than twice , and I've seen him on numerous occasions, But this one sin continues to plague me. He does love me and he loves all of us but he expects us to do our part and I've let him down.)

Chist is our eternal high priest in heaven at the right hand of the Father,,,,CONTINUOUSLY atoning for our sins; the fact that you acknowledge your sin in sorrow, is what is seen at the throne, with Christ as advocate.
You are forgiven, daily, continuously, as you repent.

Please, Father in heaven, hear this cry for help, and intervene for financial help in this time of need.

Matthew 14: 30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. 31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? 32 And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased. 33 Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.

Whether it was when the earth shook at the Cross or the sun went dark , nature was and is in God's hands. It was nature at the Cross that many come know Jesus was the Son of God. It was nature that “ that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.”


Why? Because they all knew and understood the power of God with Moses and Pharaoh , Moses and the wilderness or Jonah and the fish. They believed the story of Job and the parting of the Red Sea . We teach and read those stories but have become Peter.

“Job 38:Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,2 Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge? 3 Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me. 4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.”

If we have any doubt in that passage we have little faith like Peter. If you believe God made a rainbow but would not send a message in a whirlwind , ask why???

This is one of my favorite stories in the Bible , of how God took not listening , a storm , ship wreck , snake bite and sickness to save people. Read Acts 27 and 28 and see Who controls what seems a terrible situation and brings glory to His name...

I would like to thank everyone that took the time to pray for my husband.

Update-
My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer almost two years ago. After five rounds of chemo, cancer broke through and they stopped chemo. He was then switched to Keytruda and has been taking it for the past year and four months. Today his doctor told him there was no active cancer. It is gone! His doctor is calling it ‘controlled’ because he doesn’t like the word ‘remission’. My husband will continue treatment to hopefully keep it that way!  Thank you all for the prayers!

slight update:

I did get a call from the plastic surgeon wed 9am asking me to come in within the week.

(there was no need for the plastic to contact me if I was going to have radiation treatment. btw)

So I see both docs on tuesday the 11th. know for sure then.

they really tell me nothing...

But as was my understanding... if they got it all last thursday( 30th), next step was going to be another skin graft of the area cut.

(IE no radiation I certainly hope so...)

Malachi 3: Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to His temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, He shall come, saith the Lord of hosts. 2 But who may abide the day of His coming? and who shall stand when He appeareth? for He is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:
3 And He shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and He shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.

That is God describing His change coming it will be 400 years after the Book of Malachi was written that change came , His time is not like ours.
We can see the power of God , Jesus and John the Baptist in that powerful passage. Righteousness becomes our new offering. Not sure many understand in our culture how God refines . purifies and purges. If we look at the whole Bible we can see the ways He did it in the past. Since the Eclipse in 2017 there has been a lot refining , purifying and purging. With a very weak ,feel good and watered down gospel ,we do not describe Jesus as God did before He came.

“Malachi 1: The burden of the word of the Lord to Israel by Malachi. “
“The burden of the word,3and I hated Esau, 4 The people against whom the Lord hath indignation for ever ,6where is my fear? ,10 I have no pleasure in you, saith the Lord of hosts , 14my name is dreadful among the heathen. “
“Malachi 3:5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the Lord of hosts. 6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.”

Those are just a few of the” burden of the word of the Lord .” Do we fear God , I do and so thankful I know what means.

“Malachi 4:For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. 2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
3And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts. 4 Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. 5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord: 6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”


Please read all of Malachi and know what God hates , what He has indignation for. We are in many generations where the secular education and training taught us the opposite of what the Bible taught and we underestimated the enemy. We were taught to be proud and be rewarded by the world. God loves us very much or we would cursed already. He brought change in Jesus and Jesus is “the messenger of the covenant,refiner's fire,like fullers' soap,a refiner, purifier and a purger. Around the world and right where I live this is going on. If we have not listened to the bad priest as in Malachi 2:8departed out of the way; ye have caused many to stumble,” then we know what that looks like.
Bad teachers happened every generation since the Garden and to think it has not happened now is to not know the word of God but the word of man...

Jesus is coming again and we are being refined , purified and purged hard since 2017 and last night was a soft version of that. Please read every word of God and ask for eyes to be opened, heart to be refined and we be ready and able to “stand when He appeareth.” God wondered who would be able to do this because righteousness became the new offering. We live in a world that has taught just believing did this , when Jesus is very clear we had to follow daily. He showed us over and over how hard that was in this world that satan offers other deals that seem good.

Change has been happening and is coming ,know what God is saying and doing right now because that is all that mattered.
If you need a short list of what that is Job 32-42 , Matthew 24, Mark, 13 , 2 Peter 3 and 2 Timothy are just a few.

The Lord is going to change directions of how He speaks so just watch and pray
