NOLAangel User ID: 77174443 United States 07/15/2019 07:54 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Ok, update. No pacemaker. They said that my heart is good, but I am still on this monitor for another 14 days. Quoting: lunaticCC I get to deal with oncology this week. The joys and hits just keep coming. I have been praying. I have asked for visions, dreams or signs to help guide me in the path I need to take. I have been having some odd dreams. The dreams have been of her and I enjoying times. Nothing historic, but in a house I have not seen in my life. Then I wake up. I ended up falling back to sleep again and this time it was of one of my female coworkers in the same odd house I have never seen. Doing the same things that my wife and I were doing. Nothing sexual, just living and enjoying ourselves, talking and the likes. I dont get it. I do not have a thing for the coworker. I have not even thought of us even doing anything other than working together. I do not think of her outside of work. I have never fantasized about her or anything. Heck I the most we say to each other is hi and nothing more. So i am not understanding it. I can see the wife in the dreams, but the coworker and I were doing the same things wife and I were doing. Still depressed, and I know I need to get over it. I saw someone about it and they are telling me that I need to approach her over everything in a letter and see if she is willing to do counseling. He is a Christian counselor and we pray at the end. Again, asking for signs, visions and dreams during my prayers to guide me in my path that He wants me to be on. I just want to say, everyone in here is in my prayers too. Hope everyone has a blessed day. Sometimes dreams are from God and sometimes not. I would not read to much into it until you are able to discern. Discernment comes with getting closer to God. When my last marriage dissolved, I received Godly counsel from a true man of God. He advised me to take time off, draw close to God during this time and to not even have a cup of coffee with a man until I was ready and God gave the okay. I spent nine months learning to love me again. You cannot love anyone else until you love yourself first. Also, I spent this time just drawing closer to God. I had been through a really abusive marriage, mostly mentally but physical too. Also, the kids were also affected by it. This time, I let God send His man into my life. I was not even ready to date when things changed. I received three confirmations from God of the man He wanted in my life. That was over 20 years ago and my husband, God's man that He meant for me, has been the best blessing ever. Keeping you in my prayers, but just use this time to get closer to God. |

He does not have renal failure, he has leukemia. He has a few days or maybe a few weeks to live, but the Vet thinks a few days is more realistic. All of us are very upset, as our Thomas will be leaving us soon.Thomas is 18. We have had him for 12 years since his elderly owner died, and Thomas became homeless. Thomas is the coolest cat ever. He is affectionate, sweet, and very charming. Everyone who has ever met him says this about him, even the Vets. As an Abyssinian, he is extremely intelligent, and almost human in his characteristics. He is happiest next to people. He is the kind of cat, almost like a dog, who follows by your side in everything you do.Several neighbors are on his "friend" list.He visits my daughter across the alley, my neighbor next door, the neighbors down the street, and the neighbors one street over. He accompanied my walks with my late Sheba, and was walking beside me and jewel until a couple of months ago. What we thought was a slowdown because of his age, turned out to be leukemia. When I brought Thomas home from the Vet this afternoon,Jewel and our other 2 cats, who are elderly also, came up to Thomas. They know, they can sense that Thomas is dying. As I am typing this, Thomas is laying next to my feet, under my desk. There is nothing we can do but continue to give him the love we have been giving him, for all these years.
