Sandy/Silver Patriot Update

Sandy is going into hospice tomorrow. Her husband Mike called me, Sandy wants me there. She is in New York, and I am in Northwest Indiana. I am going to have my daughter look up online, to find me a way to get there.

Besides I am still trying to recover from the massive dental surgery a week ago, I seem to have got a serious complication from the surgery. My eyesight in my right eye is deeply affected. The vitreous gel inside the eye has come loose in the back where it is connected to the retina, and has pulled on the retina. I have got "spider webs" across my field of vision, darting bright lights, and my eyeball hurts. My vision has diminished in my right eye, which, FTR, is my bad eye to begin with. Ageing and trauma is the cause of this condition. Speculation is that the surgery probably triggered it.The eye specialist I saw this morning, said it should heal in about 3 weeks. From what I read, sometimes it takes a lot longer to heal.

So, my good friend Sandy is dying, she needs me there, I want to go, and am medically unstable to go, but I will go anyway. She might not have 3 weeks, she might have but a very short time. I got to get to her.
