I'm praying for you tiger1, he may not be talking to you because he is embarrassed for what he becomes when under the spell of drugs and beer. I have a friend that was like that, doing the same thing with his wife, some of us talked with him after one of his tirades, showed him a video she took of him the night before. He couldn't believe what he saw himself doing to her. It worked, took a little time but he did stop the pain pills and things did get better. Alcohol and pain pills mixed together will turn some people into something unrecognizable, if he does not stop, you need to leave. It will not get better if he continues. Much love for you and yours. That is exactly the pattern here.It turns him into an absolute monster. He will go off like a crazy man, and then will not drink at all the next day, or maybe for a few days. I am worried, as the tirades are getting closer together.I have been praying on it, and all I can do is trust in God, and let it all play out. It will be one of 3 things at the end, he will go to the hospital, and get treatment, he will be arrested and court ordered to get treatment, or, I will have to leave. I am trying to keep it all together the best I can, for now. I still have several dental surgeries ahead of me, and the youngest has not moved out, as yet. My youngest is participating in another real estate auction this week, like she did last year, and I hope she is successful this time. I do need prayers, my friend.
