And Joash the king of Israel came down unto him, and wept over his face, and said, O my father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. 15 And Elisha said unto him, Take bow and arrows. And he took unto him bow and arrows. 16 And he said to the king of Israel, Put thine hand upon the bow. And he put his hand upon it: and Elisha put his hands upon the king's hands. 17 And he said, Open the window eastward. And he opened it. Then Elisha said, Shoot. And he shot. And he said, The arrow of the Lord's deliverance, and the arrow of deliverance from Syria: for thou shalt smite the Syrians in Aphek, till thou have consumed them. 18 And he said, Take the arrows. And he took them. And he said unto the king of Israel, Smite upon the ground. And he smote thrice, and stayed. 19 And the man of God was wroth with him, and said, Thou shouldest have smitten five or six times; then hadst thou smitten Syria till thou hadst consumed it: whereas now thou shalt smite Syria but thrice. 20 And Elisha died, and they buried him. And the bands of the Moabites invaded the land at the coming in of the year.
21 And it came to pass, as they were burying a man, that, behold, they spied a band of men; and they cast the man into the sepulchre of Elisha: and when the man was let down, and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived, and stood up on his feet. 23 And the Lord was gracious unto them, and had compassion on them, and had respect unto them, because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not destroy them, neither cast he them from his presence as yet.

Read all of chapter 13 it is full of wisdom. When we want what the word offers the Lord will let us have it , as in this time in 2 Kings. Like the stories of Elijah , Elisha was used by the Lord in amazing ways we were to be used as well in these amazing ways. The story of the arrows is very important for us all.

“Matthew 2:2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the J...? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.”

There is not one Book in the Bible that we will not see the coming of Jesus , from Noah ,Elisha to John the Baptist. The second time the king of Israel did not listen to the instructions close enough and now Syria will not be consumed.

“23 And the Lord was gracious unto them, and had compassion on them, and had respect unto them, because of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not destroy them, neither cast he them from his presence as yet. “

They will not become a byword until after King Solomon and the remnant will be found in Matthew. The message is very clear all through Scriptures , we do not make up our own rules. We do not decide what the Lord will be ok with. Bow and arrows are not seen after Zechariah , it all becomes about the Sword.

It was always very important to listen to the Prophets the Lord called, not the worlds. We see unrest all around the world and China is one of those places...They have demanded the churches there to do away with the Commandments of God and salute and praise their way. A false prophet will salute and praise as China demands.

We are in perilous times , until Jesus returns it will get more perilous. Jesus is coming at an hour no one knows. The Lord left us very clear instructions what we better be found doing or not doing when He does. The Book of Kings shows us good and bad earthly leaders come and go , there is only One King we are to follow. If the earthly kings demand turning from the Lord in any form , we are to follow in the steps of Daniel , Peter and the others that followed knowing Jesus is coming coming.

We only have to read the Bible to see how easy it is to follow the world. We only have to read this story to see adding or changing the rules comes at a great cost. We are in a sea of changing and adding to the rules. Get out and away from any man made denomination ,is the call right now. We have been warned and told for a long time now. We can not say the Lord will be ok with our ideas and ways. Today I had a Moses fit when he broke the tablets. I thought about how hard it must have been for those that did not listen. It is heart breaking to see people carrying on as in the days of Noah with all the signs and wonders we have been given. All around we have built our own golden calves, from education to recreation and do not even see it is wrong. Jesus told us this would happen...Not a single child of God should be under public education , yet we ignore, add and change the rules . Not a single child of God should enter a church the Lord has shown as evil, yet we ignore. Not a single child of God should be in any darkness , yet we ignore. He will help us see the error of our ways , in ways we do not want. What that Cross did for us , we should listen to His word without His signs and wonders but we are deep rooted , generations into this evil generation...

“Luke 23:31 For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?”

“Job 37:12 And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth. 13He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.”

Be watching Him because He was and is speaking loud and clear...Look at the cost of that king not listening in chapter 13.Think of the cost generation after generation, adding and deciding what the Lord will be ok with..He hates and hates is not strong enough public education, where He is not allowed in...

I will need your prayers as the message today I share on FB as well. I live in a town that is only about its public school. My husband was a teacher and my friends are teachers, so while no one talked to me anyways they will not like the message.


We only have to stop for a second and step out of self to understand what the Lord is saying about public schools.

8 hours a day at least 5 days a week for over 12 years brings us to where we are. My own daughter is byproduct we never understood the power of satan...

HE, HIM, HIS AND HIMSELF are more than clear in that chapter and really all Books of the Bible. Long ago we took things out of HIS hands and made humans in charge. I have had to unlearn the last few years ,all humans taught me to learn what HIS will was vs humans. The Lord knew mine and yours path in life before we were born. satans number one job was to not allow that to happen. We became about self and people pleasers , satan an did his job well. If you have never spent enough alone time with the Lord to know “the mystery of HIS will, “ please take time. I was and most of the population was brain washed by the secular world .The Holy Spirit was not allowed to seal the word of truth as the Lord wanted. If you doubt this , you only have to look at where car are parked Monday through Friday , then where they are parked Sunday.

HE, HIM, HIS AND HIMSELF became me, I , self and other. It took 18 years of HE, HIM, HIS AND HIMSELF to create a Daniel. It took years of hard knocks and being alone with Jesus to create a Peter.
If you have been told Jesus is not enough , you must have this or that , you were lied to...Get alone with Lord till , HE releases you. We were to never be educated and raised as we have been last few hundred years. Unlearn ,then allow HIM to create in you what HE wants... It will never be cookie cutter...HE is amazing if we allow HIM to be.

Update for those following along.

Well Oct 1st has come and gone. This was the deadline date for the wife to get her own place or face a Standard Visitation Order(SVO). The SVO makes her only have the children every other weekend from Friday at 6pm until Sunday at 6pm.

She has not gotten her own place yet. Court tomorrow regarding this and other things, as well as forcing the court to impliment the SVO. Looks like I will get a win on this as she failed to follow court orders. There are other things, but this was the main thing. So if it goes well tomorrow then I will have my kids all but every other weekend FOR NOW ON.

She has indicated that she wants to do counseling again. I am still in a quandary over that. I am heavily leaning towards divorce still. Yes, Tiger...i know. :P

Praying for all. Heading out to pick up the kids. After court tomorrow I get to take daughter to a counselor for the fun time to begin. The chaos and alienation that my wife did has really put my daughter into a tailspin of emotions.

Keeping you all in my prayers.

Continuing to pray for your whole family.

My son D and our family is in great need atm for prayers and/or thoughts of strength.

For my son D, who is in the midst of a drug-induced psychosis, brought on by using too much weed for too long evidently. Atm he is having withdrawals and is delusional.

And for our family, we are at the point of using 'tough love' with him, taking a hard stand. And doing so feels like its starting to tear us apart, or tear us down, something. The whole thing is taking its toll on all of us.

He does believe in God and has since he was a child. Yet says since he hasn't been close to God for many years, he doesn't think God could possibly want anything to do with him anymore, let alone help him. I know that God can and will help him, will heal him even. Am hoping that D can begin to believe this himself.
