Galatians 6:11 Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand. 12 As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ. 13 For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh. 14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. 15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. 16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.
Quoting: Goofy for God “The Israel of God,” I am a part of the Israel of God ,so was Paul and any that follows Jesus Christ. The new” Israel of God ,”was predicted in Jeremiah and fulfilled in Matthew.
“Jeremiah 23:11 For both prophet and priest are profane; yea, in my house have I found their wickedness, saith the Lord. 12 Wherefore their way shall be unto them as slippery ways in the darkness: they shall be driven on, and fall therein: for I will bring evil upon them, even the year of their visitation, saith the Lord.”
Lying prophets and teachers held firm to the old Israel in Jeremiah , Matthew and today. John the Baptist is very clear but so is Paul... Matthew 3:9-10 will not post For more than year now the Lord is trying to show those that were told lies , the truth with His Words. The remnant in Jeremiah that knew of the new Israel are found waiting in Matthew. Just because something is taught for many generations does not mean it is truth. Jesus is very clear no buildings, land or people are special except His sheep that are new creatures. That visitation in Jeremiah 23 came to those in Luke. “Luke 19:44 And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.” “Hebrews 10:For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins” Have nothing to do with those still teaching as those vipers in Matthew. The Cross created a new” Israel of God .“ Praise the Lord...
