Still house hunting. Stopped striving and worrying and just presenting it to the Lord for His will. Keep us in prayer that we hear the Lord when He speaks to us and stay the course in perseverance.
Pray for the unsaved in my family please, specifically my 2 brothers and their wife and girlfriend, 3 sisters, sisters boyfriend, and my cousins.
Pray for God to fill His people with a passion to start missions, churches, and see people saved. That He calls thousands into true ministry and Christian service.
Ask God to bring deep conviction of sin, spiritual brokenness, a holy fear of God, genuine repentance, and deep cleansing among His people, pastors, and Christian leaders. Give us all spiritual hunger and draw us to fervent intercession.
Pray that God will pour out His Spirit like a mighty flood, even greater than what was poured out in America in 1858 and Wales in 1904 all for the glory of God and the increase of His kingdom.
Pray that God strengthens my husband as our spiritual household leader, my children, and myself, and that He uses our lives for His purpose.

Praise God, He is so good to us even though we don't deserve it!
He gave us a house! Our family has been anticipating this since November asking for His will and staying hopeful and faith filled no matter what. We didn't have to do anything but answer a phone call, go look at it, and say yes. It's all happening so fast, we close in 12 days, and it's way less $ than what we were prepared to pay. What a huge blessing we have received! Everything fell into place more perfect than a puzzle piece. I'm in awe at how every detail has worked together.
He has taken us away from what is familiar to what is unknown. A new community, new schools for the kids. It's where He wants us, and definitely NOT in the area where we were looking and wanting to live. I know this Earth is not our home, but I am sure thankful for what we have received.
I keep you all in prayer, and hope you will continue in prayer for the things I asked for above in my previous post, and also for us to stay close to God, tell others about Him, and hear Him when He speaks as we all adjust to our new surroundings. In Jesus name.

When my old truck bit the dust last summer, I was looking for a reasonably priced used replacement. I looked at some vehicles that were 5-9 years old. They all had high mileage and a high price.
As I was going through the lot, a bright red car caught my eye. I don't like red cars, and I absolutely hate Ford's. I heard a voice say to me, this is the one. I think that must have been my Guardian Angel's voice ! I couldn't believe my eyes ! In front of me was an absolutely perfect 1995 Lincoln Town Car Elite ! A one owner garage kept car with very low mileage ! An elderly gentleman had it since it was new, and he couldn't drive anymore, so the family dumped the car.I was looking for something simple and cheap, just basic transportation. I do love big old cars, but not red or Ford's.
Before I had the truck, I had a wonderful old Buick, big and sturdy, and so dependable. Unfortunately, it got totaled. I really missed that car.
To make my long story short, I sat in the Lincoln, started it up, and I just knew this was the car the Good Lord had for me ! It was also a small fraction of the amount I expected to have to pay.
I could almost hear God chuckle as I drove off the lot with this absolutely gorgeous car that I would have never even dreamed of owning ! It was red, and it was a Ford, and it was what I needed !
Every time I drive the Lincoln, I praise God for being so good to me, even though I don't deserve it ! God loves us so much !
