Daily Prayer Thread !!!Plus The Word

Roy didn't want anyone, family or friends to come over. He now wants to see his brothers one last time. They are planning on coming over tomorrow.

Besides the 4am disaster, our problem today has been to keep Roy from leaving the house. He has tried numerous times.He is still ripping up everything he gets his hands on, including the chuks, the liners we put underneath him. He will not cooperate with anything.
He had a good bath this afternoon. It took 3 of us to get him up the stairs to the bathtub for a good soaking and cleaning.I only have a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor. :(

There is no doubt Roy will need a sleeping pill tonight. The new mattress is very nice, and in case Roy goes to the bed instead of the sofa, we left the plastic on the mattress to protect it.

I am cooking an Easter dinner tomorrow, ham, deviled eggs, sweet potato's, green bean casserole, rolls.I made the deviled eggs this evening, and the rest is real easy.

Pray that we can get a good nights sleep, and that we have a peaceful day tomorrow. Roy didn't have a seizure today, of which I am so grateful !

If I posted this already, I think I just posted it elsewhere, it doesn't matter because it is a prayer I am keeping close right now in these times. I don't pray for anything other then guidance for people.

We gave him a sleeping pill.He has no pain. It just went away.

To all my Orthodox Brother's and Sisters out there, Blessed Pascha !!!

We got Roy to bed about 10pm. I went to bed at 11pm. At midnight, I wake up, and Roy is opening the curtains and blinds, with no clothes on except for the depends. I get him back to bed, and shut all the curtains and blinds.

I woke up at 4am, laid back down and got up at 5am and made coffee and fed the cats. I heard Roy stirring at 6am. I go into the bedroom and he had taken off the diaper and removed the chuk. As I am cleaning him up, he goes into a seizure and is falling off the bed. I yell for Alexandra, and we gently lay him on the floor. I threw the sheets in the wash. I am glad I left the plastic on the new mattress.

He had another seizure about 30 minutes ago, a short lived grand mal.

Yesterday we had a constant battle to keep him in the house, as he was continually trying to escape. It takes 2 people to control him when he does mischief.A lot more broken things have been added to the long list.

Roy just had another seizure. I will update later. This is the 3rd one this morning.
