If he were serious, it's really quite simple. IF the state is going to acquiesce and allow these people in, the least they can do for their state citizens is surround and inter every refuge coming into the state. Process them to the extent possible, but before releasing them into the public, also strap a gps unit to their ankle, letting them know that if removed, they will be hunted and killed.

Combined with a hypersensitive public, very few (if any) would have an opportunity to cause the mayhem they dream of.

I personally would take it a step further and inter all foreign nationals from the Middle East, or Africa for that matter - and maybe the BLM crowd, most democrats, Obama's entire administration, and most of MSM. But that's just me....
