I met a Student Today at work that Lives in France but came home for a visit what she told me

Today i was at work , I work at a consignment Boutique She and i were Taking, I asked her what she thought about what happened. I was told that she received an email the only a few Days before that Nov. 11th- 12th the Borders of France were to be closed. She concluded that she too feels they were aware before hand what was about to Happen. I could not get personal and ask her to send me a copy as my boss is always on my ass about talking Conspiracy, News etc. Anyone from France that can confirm ?
