I took a look at there FAQs page. It's just kodi preloaded onto a box. I couldn't find there fee chart but you can buy boxes and Android sticks with this on it or build your own as the poster above with raspberry pi. I've seen them in the store under 30$ probably not very good processing power but if you ask I'm sure some here have them and could help your search. I haven't looked into them because I have tower setup hooked to my TV that is setup for it.
