Capricorn has been designated to rule Capricorn What you are asking is similar to “why is Wednesday named Wednesday?” No shame in saying, “I have no idea.” You’d embarrass yourself less than your current defense. Hey guys, guess what? Neptune rules...Scorpio! Yeah, that’s it! That’s the ticket! Why? Because I say so. Who determined that “Saturn rules Capricorn”? And when & by what means was that determined? Very simple questions. Why are you unable to answer?
