Why does the Rapture bother you so much?

None of us know.

We all believe what we believe.

There is no rapture.All have to go through tribulation.

If the Rapture is truly of Jesus Christ,

must He obey You?

If the Rapture is truly of Jesus Christ,

does it matter that you say it is not?

we want you raptured very badly but unfortunately it won't happen,

You will get a world of unrestrained evil

with no respect for God

which murders Believers.

When I was 18 I learned that obey the law of the land was in the bible. So, I questioned my youth adviser at that bible study. I asked "so I could live my entire life the best Christian I can be and if I'm speeding knowingly at the time of the accident that causes my death, I'm going to hell"?

He said yes. I walked out.

I left church for a few years thinking what's the point. But, I searched for answers and know I need God. That one conversation with a youth pastor at the age 18 has me scared of the rapture. I'm not good enough, I fail and pray forgiveness everyday.

On the other hand, I also can't wait.

And even most religious people know that the bible doesnt speak of the rapture in the way that rapture believers claim is to take place. Thats how delusional that belief really is that even other delusional religious people can see through it!!

While I do 100% agree with you that the above is absurd, I also do believe in the bible. The bible does not talk about a "rapture" as a lot believe. Everywhere it talks about anything that is misconstrued as a "rapture" it is also referencing the last day, no pre or mid anything. Last day is last day and there can only be one "last day"

The problem I have with this doctrine outside of it being completely false doctrine with no biblical support (unless you infer and include things to the scripture while also excluding what is written) is that it causes complacency in the body of Christ. People don't care what is happening in the world because they think they will be removed from the bad stuff so they welcome it with open arms instead of fighting against it.

What a shock they are going to experience, and probably turn from God. This is why Jesus said He told us these things beforehand so that we would not lose hope when the fit hits the shan

and only Christ decides who He Raptures to Himself.

Why are you so afraid to die? Why the need to go to heaven via the Rapture rather than the normal death process?

Once God decides its time, he has to remove the restrainer from the Earth so Satan can take over for 7 years.
