Rapture Harpazo is 40 days into the Day of the Lord.
Pre- or Post-Tribulation: Which is Correct?

Post-Trib Rapture is Correct, 2595 days after beginning of tribulation

o 1 Cor 15:51-52 - Behold, I tell you a mystery: We all shall not sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

We see here that there is no one left unchanged or changed previously. All are changed in a single moment. When is that moment?
o 1 Thes 4:15-17 - For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we that are alive, that are left unto the coming (Greek: Parousia 3952 – to be near, physically, coming, physical presence) of the Lord, shall in no wise precede them that are fallen asleep. For the Lord himself (Note: This phrase “the Lord Himself” is only used once in the New Testament. Why using the emphatic here? Because this is a distinction to make sure that people know that this is Jesus bodily coming to the earth as opposed to His indwelling of His spirit in the first fruits man-child people at the start of the tribulation period) shall descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first; then we that are alive, that are left, shall together with them be caught up (Greek: Harpazo 726 – to take by force, seize, catch up, catch away, pluck, pull) in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
We see from this set of verses that the Rapture occurs at same time of first resurrection at the time of Jesus bodily coming to the earth. The key signs here are the trumpet sounding and the shout. The allegory of Jericho has 7 trumpets blow and at the last trump sounded AFTER going around the city 7 times, then they let out a shout.
o 1 Cor 15:22-26 - For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ the first-fruits (1st - Jesus resurrection) then they that are Christ's (resurrection of 1 Thess 4:16-17, Rev 20:5), at his coming (Greek: Parousia 3952 – to be near, physically, coming, physical presence, bodily coming). Then cometh the end (so this is after the 7 year tribulation), when he shall deliver up the kingdom to God (Rev 11:15), even the Father; when he shall have abolished all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign (in heaven at the right hand of the father - Mk 12:36, Lk 20:42-43, Acts 2:35, Heb 1:13, 10:13), till he hath put all his enemies under his feet. Many verses confirm that He does not leave bodily that position of seated at the right hand of the Father until all things have been put in submission under His feet (the saints) (Ps 110:1, Mt 22:44, 26:64, Mk 12:36, 14:62, Lk 20:42-43, Acts 2:34-35, Eph 1:20, Heb 1:13). The simplest discussion is that, as in Isaiah 66:1 says, Heaven is His throne and the earth is His footstool. What part of the corporate body of Christ is still on the earth? His feet – we are the feet. The last enemy that shall be abolished is death. How is death defeated except by the resurrection of the dead?
We see here that Jesus does not leave Heaven bodily to come to the earth until after all enemies are defeated, including death at the resurrection of the dead. There are only two resurrections described in 1 Cor 15: 22-26.
1. Jesus the first fruits
2. The righteous dead at Jesus Parousia, bodily coming at the end of the tribulation.
The resurrection of the righteous dead must be resurrected after the tribulation or the righteous saints who die during the tribulation could never be resurrected since there is no other resurrection of the righteous.
David himself said in the Holy Spirit, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Till I make thine enemies the footstool of thy feet. (Mk 12:36)
42 For David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,43 Till I make thine enemies the footstool of thy feet. (Lk 20:42-43)
34 For David ascended not into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, 35 Till I make thine enemies the footstool of thy feet. (Acts 2:34-35)
But of which of the angels hath he said at any time, Sit thou on my right hand, Till I make thine enemies the footstool of thy feet? (Heb 1:13)
12 but he (Jesus), when he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; 13 henceforth expecting (Greek: ekdechomai 1551 – awaiting, expecting, looking for, waiting for) till his enemies be made the footstool of his feet. (Heb 10:13)
Look at how many times this quote is repeated throughout the New Testament. There is an important message about the timing of the Lord’s bodily return here.
o Rev. 20:4-5 - Souls of those beheaded - first resurrection
4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus, and for the word of God, and such as worshipped not the beast, neither his image, and received not the mark upon their forehead and upon their hand; and they lived, and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 The rest of the dead lived not until the thousand years should be finished. This is the first (Greek: Protos 4413 – foremost (in time, place, order, or importance), before, beginning, best, chief, first (of all), former) resurrection Resurrection (Greek: Anastasis 386 – resurrection, rise from the dead, etc.) (Rev 20:4-5)
After great martyrdom in second half of tribulation. This is the resurrection after the tribulation and the foremost resurrection – of a great and vast multitude of saints at once.

o Matthew 24 – in verse 3, the disciples ask what is the sign of the end of the world (Greek: Aion 165 – more correctly, age) (not 7 years before the end) and of his coming (Greek: Parousia 3952 – to be near, physically, coming, physical presence, bodily coming). This is the question that Jesus sets about answering for the remainder of this chapter. The summary is:

Vs 5 – apostasy first, (See also Mk 13:6)

Vs 6 – war - 2nd seal, (See also Mk 13:7)

Vs 7 – famine - 3rd seal. (See also Mk 13:8)

Vs 8 -he says these are the beginning (1st half of tribulation period) of travail (Greek: Odin 5604 – pain, sorrow, throes especially as of childbirth). (See also Mk 13:8)

Vs 9 – deliver us up to martyrdom and persecution – 5th seal. (See also Mk 13:9)

Vs 10 – a great falling away occurs (as in 2 Thess 2) – these are those Christians reprobated for taking the mark of the Beast (described and demonstrated in this document).

Vs 14- describes the saints preaching the gospel to all nations (2nd half of tribulation as two witness groups are spread out all over the world). (See also Mk 13:10)

Vs 15-20 – describe the setting up of the abomination that makes desolate (Christians taking the mark of the beast and being reprobated by God) (see also Mk 13:14-18)

Vs 21 – great tribulation starts for 2nd half of tribulation period. (See also Mk 13:9-13)

Vs 22 – days shortened for Elect’s sake – they were not raptured out beforehand. See also Dan 11:31-34 where the people who know their God in this time do great exploits.

Who are the elect during the great tribulation
31 And forces shall stand on his part, and they shall profane the sanctuary, even the fortress, and shall take away the continual burnt-offering, and they shall set up the abomination that maketh desolate. (Mark of Beast beginning great tribulation)
32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he pervert by flatteries; but the people that know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
33 And they that are wise among the people shall instruct many; yet they shall fall by the sword and by flame, by captivity and by spoil, many days.
34 Now when they shall fall, they shall be helped with a little help; but many shall join themselves unto them with flatteries. – Dan 11:31-34
1. Matthew 24:24
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.
Matthew 24:23-25 (in Context) Matthew 24 (Whole Chapter)
2. Mark 13:22
for there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall show signs and wonders, that they may lead astray, if possible, the elect.
Mark 13:21-23 (in Context) Mark 13 (Whole Chapter)
1. Matthew 24:22
And except those days had been shortened, no flesh would have been saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
Matthew 24:21-23 (in Context) Matthew 24 (Whole Chapter)
Mark 13:20
And except the Lord had shortened the days, no flesh would have been saved; but for the elect's sake, whom he chose, he shortened the days.
Mark 13:19-21 (in Context) Mark 13 (Whole Chapter)

Vs 23-27 - describe that Jesus has not come bodily yet at this time (but we see in 1 Cor 15:22-23, 1 Thess 4:16 that the rapture and resurrection occur at the same time at His bodily arrival – so the resurrection has not yet occurred at this time). He is in no one place to go see Him. He shines forth from His saints (2 Thess 1:10 - glorified IN His saints) everywhere. The lightning from the East to the West is a great description of the Epiphany. Remember the role of the East in Prov 4:18 – The Path of the Righteous is like the rising of the Sun (in your heart) until the perfect day (when there is no shadow).

Vs 29 – at end of tribulation, which is start of Day of the Lord, 6th Seal Rev 6:12 - Sun and Moon are darkened. This is a major signpost of the end of the tribulation and the start of the next phase. Many verses talk about the darkening of sun and moon at the start of the Day of the Lord. Isa 13 describes the Day of the Lord in, in particular, vs 10 describes the darkening of the Sun and Moon. Isa 24 is another description of the Day of the Lord and, in particular, vs 23 talks about shaming of the sun and the confounding of the moon. Ezekiel 32 is yet another description of the Day of the Lord and, in particular, vs 7 talks about the darkening of covering of the Sun and the Moon. Mark 13:24, Acts: 2:20, and Rev 6:12 talk about the sun and Moon darkening after the tribulation and before the Day of the Lord. This tells you there is an 8th year after the 7 years. That 8th year is the Day of the Lord and is His wrath upon the unrighteous.

Vs 30 – see Son of Man coming (Greek: Erchomeltho 2064 – to come or go) on the clouds of heaven. This is Jesus bodily return (as in Greek: Parousia 3952 – to be near, physically, coming, physical presence). (See also Mk 13:26) This is the time described in 1 Thess 4:16-17 where the dead in Christ rise first and then we are raptured out of here.

Vs 31 – gather the elect, literally in the Greek, “from the ends of heaven to the ends of heaven”. The same reference in Mark 13:27 says: He shall gather together (Greek: Episunago 1996 – collect in the same place, gather, gather together) His elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

This is the moment of the rapture right here in vs 31. When you overlay these two references, it becomes clear that the saints enter Heaven (the place where God rules) here on earth or they don’t go there to some far off heaven. The most important point is that the gathering, ingathering, rapture happens AFTER the tribulation of those days. There is also an important implication that Earth and Heaven are not completely separate geography. If you don’t enter Heaven here, you don’t go to Heaven there at the end.

o Joshua 6 - Jericho story - flesh falls after 7 times around on 7th day. "Times" used as unit of measure for ruling duration of beast. (Dan 7:25, 12:7, Rev 12:14) Each “time” is 1 year.
And he shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High; and he shall think to change the times and the law; and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and half a time. (Dan 7:25)
And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when they have made an end of breaking in pieces the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished. (Dan 12:7)
And there were given to the woman the two wings of the great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness unto her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. (Rev 12:14)
It becomes so clear from the above examples that a “time” is a year when verses are compared. After this, try searching on the words “seven times” in biblegateway.com to see many other allegories of the process of the Lord’s completion of the saints.
o Judges 6:1 – The Lord delivered the children of Israel into the hands of the Midianites took the Harvest of Israel for 7 years, in the 8th year Gideon (as Jesus in the allegory) strikes back avenging them (as in Isa 34:8 - a year of vengeance for the cause of Zion). The whole reason for delivering the Israelites into enemy hands is recorded in the cycle of disobedience, judgment, and finally deliverance in Judges 2:10-19. This is also a type of the end times where the many of the saints are taken into captivity and/or killed. But in the 8th year, the Day of the Lord (Isa 34:8) God avenges the blood of the saints. We see this same pattern again in Prov 24:16.
o Prov 24:16 - 16 For a righteous man falleth seven times, and riseth up again; But the wicked are overthrown by calamity.
In other words, the people of God will die for 7 years, and then comes the resurrection and rapture, and then the wicked are destroyed in the 1-year Day of the Lord.
o Exodus 12:29,31 - Feast of Unleavened Bread last 7 days before leaving Egypt. In Rev 11:8, the great city is worldwide Babylon is also called Sodom & Egypt. Now the Lord is delivering the saints out of the world system.

Re: Rapture Harpazo is 40 days into the Day of the Lord.
o Job 14:12 - sleep and do not rise until Heavens rolled away, not 7 years before.
So man lieth down and riseth not: Till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, Nor be roused out of their sleep. (Job 14:12)
12 And I saw when he opened the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the whole moon became as blood; 13 and the stars of the heaven fell unto the earth, as a fig tree casteth her unripe figs when she is shaken of a great wind (those churchgoers who do not bear the fruit of Jesus are not raptured, nor ever go to heaven, but go into the Day of the Lord of God’s wrath). 14 And the heaven was removed as a scroll when it is rolled up; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. (Rev 6:12-14)

But the day of the Lord (after the tribulation, the 8th year) will come as a thief; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall be dissolved with fervent heat, and the earth and the works that are therein shall be burned up. (2 Pet 3:10)

o Matt 28:1, Luke 24:1 – Jesus is raised early on the first day of the week (after the previous 7 day week. Alludes to 8th year after the end of the 7-year tribulation period.

o Prov 2:21-22, 10:30
21 For the upright shall dwell in the land, And the perfect shall remain in it. 22 But the wicked shall be cut off from the land, And the treacherous shall be rooted out of it. (Prov 2:21-22)
The righteous shall never be removed; But the wicked shall not dwell in the land. (Prov 10:30)
God’s way is to remove the Wicked, not the Righteous This is also consistent with Matt 13:30:

Let both (wheat and tares) grow together until the harvest: and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather up first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them; but gather the wheat into my barn. (Mt 13:30)

Notice that the tares are first gathered to be burned (at the start of the Day of the Lord) and then the wheat is gathered into the barn (40 days later). Farmers will be the first to tell you how to tell the wheat from the tares. When the harvest is ready, wheat bows over with the weight of the grain (submission to the Father). The tares do not bow over since they have no fruit/grain on them. This would be similar to the type the Word refers to when God commands that no one appear before Him empty (Ex 23:15, Ex 34:20, Deut 16:16), but must bear fruit.

o Isa 32 - God also shows the reaction of the people when they learn that they will go through this time (Isa 32:10) - tremble and fear. The vintage failed (the wine which is the blood of Jesus, the Life of His flesh is not manifested in His people 2 Cor 4:11, Lev 17:11. In Genesis 11:4 at the Tower of Babel, the sin of the people was “to make a name” (nature, character, authority) and raise it up to the level of God with a tower that will ascend to heaven. God has declared already that our human nature is fallen and cursed. We are to take on His nature, His name (onoma in the Greek). The Pre-trib rapture error has its roots in the tower of Babel – that God will take us as broken and forgiven sinners. At the end of time, Isaiah 4:1 talks about how the 7 women (churches/denominations) want to eat their own food (word of their Gods) and wear their own clothes instead of being clothed by God in white (Rev 19:8 – righteous acts of the saints), but want to be called by Jesus name (Nature, Character, Authority). Not possible.
Objections to Post-Trib Rapture

o Most of the analyses I have read make arguments about how some events must take place without considering the order of all events in the end times:

1. The epiphany (Greek: Epiphaneia 2015 – a conspicuous manifestation, appearing, brightness, Phaneroo 5319 – appear, manifestly declare, make manifest, shew (self)) in which Jesus clothes himself in human flesh again at the start of the tribulation period. Major signpost around the world is the covenant being made.

2. After the tribulation, the rapture at the early part of the Day of the Lord which is the second coming (Greek: Parousia 3952 – to be near, physically, coming, physical presence). Major signpost of the end of the tribulation is the Sun and Moon darkening. We are up in Heaven for about 1 year.

3. The return of the Lord with the saints to set up the millennium at the end of the Day of the Lord, about 1 year later.

They especially miss the Epiphany at the start of the tribulation which leads to wrong interpretations of the rest of the events.

o But we are not destined for wrath (1 Thess 5:9)

1. The assumption is that the only way for God to separate us from the wrath is to remove us from the earth, but Ps 91: 7-8 says that we see the fall of the wicked with our own eyes.
7 A thousand shall fall at thy side (i.e. you’re still there), And ten thousand at thy right hand; But it shall not come nigh thee. 8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold, And see the reward of the wicked. (Ps 91:7-8)
I pray not that thou shouldest take them from the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil one. (Jn 17:15)
In John 17, Jesus specifically asks the Father not that the disciples be taken out of the world, but that they be kept from the evil one (while still in the world).

1. The wrath is the 8th year – called the Day of the Lord. There are many verses in the word which refer to this Day of the Lord.

For that day is a day of the Lord, Jehovah of hosts, a day of vengeance, that he may avenge him of his adversaries: and the sword shall devour and be satiate, and shall drink its fill of their blood; for the Lord, Jehovah of hosts, hath a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates. (Jer 46:10)

And Jehovah uttereth his voice before his army; for his camp is very great; for he is strong that executeth his word; for the day of Jehovah is great and very terrible; and who can abide it? (Joel 2:11)

The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood (after the tribulation period), Before the day of the Lord come, That great and notable day. (Acts 2:20)

The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of Jehovah cometh. (Joel 2:31)

Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and terrible day of Jehovah come. (Mal 4:5)

1 But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that aught be written unto you. 2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.... 4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief:... 9 For God appointed us not into wrath (that wrath that is in the Day of the Lord) , but unto the obtaining of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, (1 Thess 5:1,4,9)

For Jehovah hath a day of vengeance, a year of recompense for the cause of Zion. (Isa 34:8)
1 Who is this that cometh from Edom (Mal 1:3 of Esau whom God hated, one who sold his birthright to chase after flesh), with dyed garments (not white, unrighteous works) from Bozrah (means “sheepfold”)? this that is glorious in his apparel, marching in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. 2 Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winevat? 3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the peoples there was no man with me: yea, I trod them in mine anger, and trampled them in my wrath; and their lifeblood is sprinkled upon my garments, and I have stained all my raiment. 4 For the day of vengeance was in my heart, and the year of my redeemed is come. 5 And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my wrath, it upheld me. 6 And I trod down the peoples in mine anger, and made them drunk in my wrath, and I poured out their lifeblood on the earth. (Isa 63:1-6)
14 Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man shall see the Lord: 15 looking carefully lest there be any man that falleth short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby the many be defiled; 16 lest there be any fornication, or profane person, as Esau, who for one mess of meat sold his own birthright. 17 For ye know that even when he afterward desired to inherit the blessing, he was rejected; for he found no place for a change of mind (repentance) in his father, though he sought is diligently with tears. (Heb 12:14-17)
The Lord is the one who grants repentance:
Him did God exalt with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, to give repentance to Israel, and remission of sins. (Acts 5:31)
And when they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then to the Gentiles also hath God granted repentance unto life. (Acts 11:18)
But, as Esau found out, there is a time when repentance is no longer granted.
2 Peter 3
1 This is now, beloved, the second epistle that I write unto you; and in both of them I stir up your sincere mind by putting you in remembrance; … 3 knowing this first, that in the last days mockers shall come with mockery, walking after their own lusts,
4 and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for, from the day that the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. [these are those who know about God’s creation]
5 For this they willfully forget, that there were heavens from of old, and an earth compacted out of water and amidst water, by the word of God;
6 by which means the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: (first water, then fire)
7 but the heavens that now are, and the earth, by the same word have been stored up for fire, being reserved against the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
8 But forget not this one thing, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some count slackness; but is longsuffering to you-ward, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall be dissolved with fervent heat, and the earth and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing that these things are thus all to be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy living and godliness,
12 looking for and earnestly desiring the coming of the day of God, by reason of which the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
If we are raptured out of here, why would we be waiting for the coming of the day of God, the Day of the Lord? Because we are still here, that’s why.
1 Thessalonians 5 – why wait for the Day of the Lord when we are raptured 7 years earlier?
1 But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that aught be written unto you. 2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3 When they are saying, Peace and safety, then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall in no wise escape.
4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief:
5 for ye are all sons of light, and sons of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness;
6 so then let us not sleep, as do the rest, but let us watch and be sober.
7 For they that sleep sleep in the night: and they that are drunken are drunken in the night.
8 But let us, since we are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation.
9 For God appointed us not into wrath (connected with Day of the Lord), but unto the obtaining of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thess 5:1-9).
So, this passage in 1 Thess 5, we see the Day of the Lord as associated with the wrath of God and it is a day we should be looking toward. Again, why look toward this day if we are raptured out of here 7 years before this?
The Day of the Lord is also called the War of the Great Day of God (Rev 16:14), and the Great and Terrible Day of the Lord. The Day of the Lord is a year long time of the Lord’s vengeance for the cause of Zion (Heb 12:22, Gal 4:25-26, Rev 21:2 – Spiritual Israel)
a. Jesus read Isa 61:1-2a when He entered the temple at the start of His ministry, He did not read the second part of verse 2 which is the day of vengeance which we know is at His second coming (Parousia in the Greek).
1 The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is upon me; because Jehovah hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2 to proclaim the year of Jehovah's favor, (Isa 61:1-2a)
In Jesus 2nd manifestation in the man-child ministry, He will read Isaiah 61 and the day of vengeance will be included. “and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; (Isa 61:2b)

Re: Rapture Harpazo is 40 days into the Day of the Lord.
b. Other large sections of verses describing this 8th year – Zech 14, Ezekiel 38-39, Ps 149, Lk 21:20-27, Jer 50-51, Jude 14-15

c. Rev 16:14 is the first battle – Rev 19:11 is the last battle when Jesus returns with the saints to start Millennium. Rev 19:11 is also described in Jude 14-15:
11 And I saw the heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and he that sat thereon called Faithful and True; and in righteous he doth judge and make war. 12 And his eyes are a flame of fire, and upon his head are many diadems; and he hath a name written which no one knoweth but he himself. 13 And he is arrayed in a garment sprinkled with blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which are in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and pure. 15 And out of his mouth proceedeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty. 16 And he hath on his garment and on his thigh a name written, KINGS OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
14 And to these also Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, Behold, the Lord came (note past tense as in Isa 46:10) with ten thousands of his holy ones, 15 to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have ungodly wrought, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. (Jude 14-15)
3. Where do we see this 8th year alluded to in scripture?

a. 8 is always the fall of the flesh so that there is a spiritual new beginning.

b. Children circumcised on the 8th day (Lev 12:3, Rom 2:28-29) – fall of flesh

c. Lev 9: On 8th Day, Moses and Aaron present sin offerings to Lord and Glory of Lord appears to all people.
d. Lev 14:10, 18 Leper cleansed on 8th day – priest makes atonement for him by sacrifices (of the Wicked) Prov 11:8 - The righteous is delivered out of trouble, And the wicked cometh in his stead. Prov 21:18 - The wicked is a ransom for the righteous; And the treacherous cometh in the stead of the upright. Isa 43:3 - For I am Jehovah thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour; I have given Egypt (parable for world) as thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in thy stead.
e. Jesus Gematria = 888
f. Noah and 7 others – (2 pet 2:5) Noah was the 8th person saved in the first judgment.
g. David was the 8th child – 1 Sam 16:10-12 – spiritual leader as opposed to Saul’s fleshly leadership.
h. Look at all the references to what happens “after seven days”
Gen 7:10 – after 7 days, the waters came upon the earth.
i. Feast of Tabernacles (Lev 23:40-42, Nehemiah 8:15-18) – make temporary dwelling for seven days out of natural olive (Jews), wild olive (gentiles – Rom 11), and other branches in the 7th month (7th millennium), then tear it down and go to our permanent home (heaven). The tabernacle is our physical body (2 Cor 5:1,4; 2 Pet 1:13-14). Jacob was name for physical Jews, Israel was name given to Jacob (spiritual Israel). Num 24:5 – How goodly are thy tents, O Jacob, thy tabernacles, O Israel!
j. Isaac was weaned in the 8th verse so Isaac no longer requires the milk of the mother (churches), and can now follow the Lord wheresoever He goes.
And the child grew, and was weaned. And Abraham made a great feast on the day that Isaac was weaned. (Gen 21:8)
Note: Convocation = rehearsal – for what? If all the generations do is rehearse from generation to generation, when is it no longer a rehearsal – what do these things point to?
16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of a feast day or a new moon or a sabbath day: 17 which are a shadow of the things to come; but the body is Christ's. (Col 2:16-17)
The original Hebrew word that is translated as "convocation" is (pronounced) mik-raw means a called assembly. Another literal meaning of the original Hebrew word is a rehearsal - rehearsal meaning to "re-hear" what has been taught, but the modern-day accepted meaning of rehearsal, a practice session for a later event is also very appropriate because all of the so-called "Old Testament" Holy Days are prophetic in intent (they are not an end or purpose in themselves), until they are fulfilled, and are then memorials forever thereafter. The "spring" Holy Days (Passover, Unleavened Bread, Pentecost - see below) have been largely fulfilled once (the Sacrifice of the "Lamb of God" and the founding of the Christian Church) and will be again spiritually, while the "autumn" Holy Days (The Feast of Trumpets, The Day of Atonement, The Festival of Tabernacles and the Eighth Day - see below) signify events awaiting to happen, beginning with the Epiphany, tribulation, and The Return Of Jesus Christ.
j. Joshua 6 – the walls of Jericho (flesh) falls after the Israelites complete the 7 times around the city.
k. Exodus – 7 days feasting on the Unleavened bread (pure word of God) and then the judgment which kills the first-born of Egypt (world) (1 Cor 15:46 - the natural man is the first-born of the world, the spiritual man is the second born). The first-born natural man is killed during the judgment after the 7 days Feast of Unleavened Bread). Leaven is the ingredient that makes the bread palatable to the flesh – tribulation is a feast on the pure word of God.
Beware the leaven of the Pharisees (Matt 16:5-12, Mark 8:14-21, Luke 12:1) – makes it more desirable to the flesh – that flesh that is the enemy of God.

Beware the leaven of Herod (Mark 8:15). Human Government issues.
o We are to be kept from the hour of testing (Rev 3:10)
7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth and none shall shut, and that shutteth and none openeth: 8 I know thy works (behold, I have set before thee a door opened, which none can shut), that thou hast a little power, and didst keep my word, and didst not deny my name. 9 Behold, I give of the synagogue of Satan, of them that say they are Jews, and they are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. 10 Because thou didst keep the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of trial, that hour which is to come upon the whole world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. (Rev 3:7-10)
a. That was written only to the church of Philadelphia, 1 of 7 churches. Each of us belongs to one of the seven churches, 6 of 7 go into the hour of testing. What does it mean for the 1 of seven to be kept from the hour of testing? I submit that it means that they are already sealed (Ex 13:16 vs Rev 13:16 – Mark of the God on the Forehead (in their minds) and on their hands (in their works). It does not mean that they will not die or go through trouble, but that they are sealed to perform the works and preach the word regardless of what happens to them. Their destiny is sealed. There is no hesitation, no fear, no anxiety, no compromise. When you understand the epiphany, you understand that these people are corporately Jesus clothed in human form.
b. Who are those that “dwell on upon the earth”? They are those who have not set their minds on the things above.
Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are upon the earth. (Col 3:2)
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee (Isa 26:3)
Those who do these things do not “dwell on the earth”, but God “raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places, in Christ Jesus:” (Eph 2:6)
c. John 17:15 – Jesus specifically asks that the disciples not be taken out of the world, but that they be kept from the evil one (while still in the world). Clearly, God thinks we can be kept from the hour of testing while still in the world.

o But Jesus said He will come at a time we don’t think He will. What about imminence?

• Jesus did say, "Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh" (Matthew 24:42-44). And sure enough, he is coming at a time when the disciples did not think he would. Acts 1:6-7 says it is not for you, the disciples, to know the times and the seasons which the Father hath set within his own authority. So, the followers of Jesus could not know then. And further, Jesus constantly stressed vigilance and diligence. If the disciples knew it would be ~1,985 years later then that sense of imminence would be lost.

• Most of the people who talk about the imminence assume that this must be the rapture and not the Epiphany. But the word says in Titus 2:13:

looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;” is not talking about the rapture.

It is talking about the appearance of the glory of the Lord in His first-fruits man-child ministry. When it talks about the appearance, manifestation, or revelation of the glory of the Lord (as different from the Lord Himself), it is talking about the Epiphany at the start of the tribulation period.

• Underneath most of the arguments that the imminence have, underlying their arguments, the hope of the avoidance of suffering. But that is not what the Word teaches should be our priority:

Women received their dead by a resurrection: and others were tortured, not accepting their deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection (Heb 11:35)
that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed unto his death; if by any means I may attain unto the resurrection from the dead. (Phil 3:10-11)
For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection; (Rom 6:5)

• The imminence has been in place and, if these are the end times, it must be taken in context with the following

• Amos 3:7 which says that, “Surely the Lord Jehovah will do nothing, except he reveal his secret unto his servants the prophets”. So, if there is a major move of God in these end times, the people will know beforehand, perhaps not long beforehand, but prior to the event.

• Dan 12:4 talks about the Book being sealed until the time of the end – then unsealed? So additional knowledge would come out about these things.

• Jesus talked about the end times being as in the “Days of Noah” (Mt 24:37, Lk 17:26). The Lord told Noah that 7 days (now years this time), He would rain upon the Earth (the Day of the Lord this time). Noah knew before the flood occurred. So it will not take EVERYONE by surprise, but certainly the world will be taken by surprise. I believe that we will know when the covenant with the many is made.

• I show the timing of the rapture being 40 days into the Day of the Lord later in this document. In 1 Thes 5:2-4 and in 2 Pet 3:10-11, it talks about the Day of the Lord coming as a thief in the night (kind of like at a time when we know not of). Notice that it is the Day of the Lord which is primarily seen as coming as a Thief in the Night. Notice that it is when the Earth and the heavens (atmosphere) pass away and the elements burned with fervent heat. This is in the 8th year after the end of the tribulation period. If the destruction of the earth and heavens happened before the tribulation, there would not be a tribulation. The timing is pretty clear to the saints, but the world will absolutely be taken by surprise. Just as the people of the world were shaken by the Financial Turmoil of Sept 2008, but some knew ahead of time so as not to be shaken as I showed with the Vertigo sign.

o But Rev 12:5 talks about the Man-child being caught up to the throne.

• Rev 12:5 talks about the man-child being caught up to the throne, that’s true. This is the event of being given the authority of the thrown. Notice that in the next verse “they are nourishing the woman in the wilderness right after that. They did not stay in heaven

As a type/figure of this, the morning that Mary Magdalene sees Jesus by the tomb, he instructs her not to touch him for he has not yet ascended to the Father. Later that night, he appears to the disciples and asks them to touch his hands, feet, and side. In the same day, Jesus went to the father and back.

Note also that the first-fruits (the man-child is the first-fruits) feast is a wave offering. The sheaves go up in the air and come right back down.

• Joshua 5:13-6:5 – Joshua meets pre-incarnate Christ before He takes Jericho and is given authority and instructions on how to defeat Jericho (the flesh in tribulation).
5:13 And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries? 5:14 And he said, Nay; but as prince of the host of Jehovah am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant? 5:15 And the prince of Jehovah's host said unto Joshua, Put off thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so. 6:1 Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in. 6:2 And Jehovah said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thy hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valor. 6:3 And ye shall compass the city, all the men of war, going about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days. 6:4 And seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets. 6:5 And it shall be, that, when they make a long blast with the ram's horn, and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall go up every man straight before him. (Jos 5:13-6:5)
You see here that Joshua received from the Lord the instructions on how to defeat Jericho (the flesh) as he is before the Lord. Then Joshua leads the Israelites according to the instructions given.

• Exodus 3 – Moses meets the Lord at the burning bush and given the authority and instructions on how to deliver the Israelites (Christians) from Egypt (world).

• Exodus 25:21-22 – Moses communing with God at the mercy-seat
21 And thou shalt put the mercy-seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee. 22 And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy-seat, from between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel. (Ex 25:21-22)
God instructed Moses that He will meet and commune with Moses above the mercy-seat which is between the two cherubim upon the ark of the covenant and there God will give Moses commands for the children of Israel. In the New Testament, Hebrews says: Let us therefore draw near with boldness unto the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace to help us in time of need. (Heb 4:16).

• John 5:19 – Jesus on earth physically but spiritually before the throne.

Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth (present tense while Jesus is bodily on Earth) the Father doing: for what things soever he doeth, these the Son also doeth in like manner. (Jn 5:19)

• Bodily, Jesus was on Earth, but in the Spirit He was before the throne. God also made us to be seated with Christ in the Heavenly places (Eph 2:6).

o But, 2 Thess 2:1-12 talks about the restrainer being removed before the revealing of the lawless one, man of sin, son of perdition (antichrist).
let no man beguile you in any wise: for it will not be, except the falling away come first (from people taking the Mark of the beast and are reprobated), and the man of sin be revealed (Greek: Apokalupto 601 – to take off the cover (as in covered by the blood of the Lamb), disclose, reveal), the son of perdition (Judas was the original Son of Perdition), he that opposeth and exalteth himself against all that is called God or that is worshipped; so that he sitteth in the temple of God, setting himself forth as God. 5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6 And now ye know that which restraineth, to the end that he may be revealed in his own season. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness doth already work: only there is one that restraineth (the Holy Spirit - Gal 5:17) now, until he be taken out of the way. 8 And then shall be revealed the lawless one (a corporate evil one - 1 John 5:19), whom the Lord Jesus shall slay with the breath of his mouth, and bring to nought by the manifestation of his coming; 9 even he, whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 and with all deceit of unrighteousness for them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God sendeth them a working of error, that they should believe a lie: 12 that they all might be judged who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (2 Thess 2:3-12)
These verses describe a man who let his old man live, the mind of the flesh that is an enemy of God. That old man rose up and killed the new spiritual man in the person. The type of this is when the Israelites took the promised land (our soul is the land in Heb 6), they were ordered to kill everyone in their path. And, when they disobeyed, they were plagued and attacked by the people whom they had allowed to live.

• People assume that the only way for the Holy Spirit to be removed is through the rapture. These are the same folks who say “once saved, always saved”. The restrainer is the Holy Spirit here and it is God Himself who removes His Holy Spirit from the person.

So because thou art lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spew thee out of my mouth. (Rev 3:16)
20 Well; by their unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by thy faith. Be not highminded, but fear: 21 for if God spared not the natural branches, neither will he spare thee. (Rom 11:20-21)
but I buffet my body, and bring it into bondage: lest by any means, after that I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected. (1 Cor 9:27)
And even now the axe also lieth at the root of the trees: every tree therefore that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. (Lk 3:9)
Take heed, brethren, lest haply there shall be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God: (Heb 3:12)
And cast ye out the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth. (Mt 25:30)
These are they who are hidden rocks in your love-feasts when they feast with you, shepherds that without fear feed themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn leaves without fruit, twice dead (spiritually dead, then made alive by turning to Christ, then dying again), plucked up by the roots; (Jude 12)
Try your own selves, whether ye are in the faith; prove your own selves. Or know ye not as to your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you? unless indeed ye be reprobate (Greek: adokimos 96 – rejected, unapproved, cast away). (2 Cor 13:5)

Re: Rapture Harpazo is 40 days into the Day of the Lord.
• It is the corporate body of the Son of Perdition who takes the mark of the beast and reveals the lawless one, son of perdition, man of sin all within that person.
Little children, it is the last hour: and as ye heard that antichrist cometh, even now have there arisen many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last hour. (1 Jn 2:18)
• The Spirit of God comes (present tense) in the flesh – in your flesh – as a believer.
2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come (present tense in their flesh) in the flesh is of God: 3 and every spirit that confesseth not Jesus is not of God: and this is the spirit of the antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it cometh; and now it is in the world already. (1 Jn 4:2-3)
20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me: and that life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me. (Gal 2:20)
• But, there are many verses that reveal that there are those who are not of Christ who walk and worship among the believers for a while. These are the Judas’s, whose names are not in the book of life from the foundation of the world.

John 6:66 (as in 666) - Upon this many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

• They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest (Greek: Phaneroo 5319 – appear, manifestly declare, make manifest, shew (self)) that they all are not of us. (1 John 2:19)

• The Restrainer is the Holy Spirit. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are contrary the one to the other; that ye may not do the things that ye would (as in restrain you). (Gal 5:17)

• But, you say, John 10:26-30, says that no one can snatch the sheep out of the Father’s hand.
26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep. 27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who hath given them unto me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. 30 I and the Father are one.
• But, the New Testament talks about we being sealed unto the Day of Redemption so how can we get unsealed?
And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, in whom ye were sealed (Greek: sphragizo 4972 – to stamp for security or preservation) unto the day of redemption. (Eph 4:30)
1 God, having of old time spoken unto the fathers in the prophets by divers portions and in divers manners, 2 hath at the end of these days spoken unto us in his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom also he made the worlds; 3 who being the effulgence of his glory, and the very image (Greek: charagma 5481 – engraving, character, the figure stamped, an exact copy or representation, like a typewriter key) of his substance, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had made purification of sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; 4 having become by so much better than the angels, as he hath inherited a more excellent name (Greek: onoma – nature, character, authority) than they. (Heb 1:1-4)
So, the seal is the believer taking on the image, nature, character, and authority of Jesus. If the churchgoer does not do that, he is not sealed.

• God will Himself spew out those who prove not to be His sheep (Rev 2:16, 22-23, Rev 3:16 – He himself will spew the lukewarm out of His mouth) (there are many verses that refer to being reprobated, being rejected (see section on once saved, always saved.

Repent therefore; or else I come to thee quickly, and I will make war against them with the sword of my mouth. (Rev 2:16)

21 And I gave her time that she should repent; and she willeth not to repent of her fornication. 22 Behold, I cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of her works. 23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he that searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto each one of you according to your works. (Rev 2:21-23)
15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So because thou art lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spew thee out of my mouth. (Rev 3:15-16)
• Who is the original son of perdition. In Jn 17:12 – it was Judas:

12 While I was with them, I kept them in thy name which thou hast given me: and I guarded them, and not one of them perished, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. (Jn 17:12)

• Judas who followed the Lord but turned on the Lord and Jesus describes Judas as lost. The son of perdition now is a group of people in the church who thought they walked or did walk with Jesus, but take the mark of the beast and are lost as God withdraws His Holy Spirit from them. Notice in the above verse that Jesus says He only lost Judas in all His ministry, even though John 66:6 talks about many disciples who walked with Jesus no longer. The accounting in John 17 demonstrates that Jesus never considered those many disciples to be with Him in the first place (since He did not lose them).

• But, you say, it talks about a singular man, not multiple people. At the highest level of abstraction, there are only two corporate men in the world in the spiritual realm:

o ye all are one man in Christ Jesus

There can be neither Jew nor Greek, there can be neither bond nor free, there can be no male and female; for ye all are one man in Christ Jesus. (Gal 3:28)

o Number of a man, a corporate man – 1 John 5:19 – whole world lies in evil one.
We know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in the evil one. (1 Jn 5:19)
o But the church is not mentioned during the end times Revelation verses at all. It mentions the saints only. The church must be raptured beforehand.

• This is true and points to one of the causes of the church to go through the purification of the tribulation. Saint means “sanctified one” and sanctified means “set apart unto God”. Part of the problem with the church now is that it is so intertwined with the world and worldly ways. It is not sanctified. We buy and sell, merchandise books and people, and run churches like companies with megapastors as CEOs or megachurches. God is going to use the judgments on the world to separate the believers from the world. The world will need to let go of the church and the church needs to let go of the world. Once separated, the judgments fall on the world, not on the now called saints since they are set apart. Notice that in Exodus, when the 10 judgments fell on both the Egyptians and the Israelites, the first 3 judgments fell on both the Israelites and the Egyptians, but the last judgments did not fall on Goshen, but only on the rest of Egypt. Now that the Israelites were separated out unto God, there was no more judgment on them (Exodus 8:22-23 is the point where God separates them by telling Moses there will be no flies in Goshen – you would move too, right?
22 And I will set apart in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am Jehovah in the midst of the earth.23 And I will put a division between my people and thy people: by to-morrow shall this sign be. (Ex 8:22-23)
This is the point of sanctification from Egypt. See Also, Ex 9:4,26, 2 Cor 6:14-18, Rev 12:6, Rev 18:4) The easy part for God in the Exodus was getting the Israelites out of Egypt. The hard part was getting Egypt and its ways out of the Israelites. Our point of separation is going into the Wilderness on Rev 12:6 to be nourished by the man-child ministry for 1260 days.

o But, there are the 24 elders before the throne in Rev 4:5, 5:14

• True, in Ephesians 4:8, it says when Jesus ascended on high, led captivity captive.
Wherefore he saith, When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, And gave gifts unto men. (Eph 4:8)
Those faithful Jews who accepted the Gospel when Jesus descended into Sheol, He took to Heaven at that time. In addition, there have been martyrs all through the church age.

o There is clearly a coming of Christ for his bride before the second coming to earth. Rev 19:7-10.

• Yes, the ancient Hebrew wedding ceremony is the pattern here. The groom (Jesus) comes to the Bride’s home (at Epiphany) and spends the week there for the Marriage Feast (not marriage supper). Then after the 7 days (years), the Bride, Groom, Virgins, friends of the groom all have a parade (rapture) to the grooms home (Heaven) and participate in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb (not the Marriage Feast). There is distinction between the week long Marriage Feast of the Lamb on Earth and the Marriage Supper of the Lamb during the marriage (Greek: gamos 1062 – marriage, wedding) which occurs in Heaven during the 1-year Day of the Lord.

o But, Jesus talks about a people who escape all these things in the gospels.

Luke 21:36 - But watch ye at every season, making supplication, that ye may prevail to escape (Greek: Ekpheugo 1628 – escape, flee out of - derived from pheugo 5343) all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

• The Greek word Ekpheugo is not about being caught up, but fleeing out of. In the book of Acts, no disciple was caught away from persecution, but was given permission by Jesus in Mt 10:23 (flee – Greek: Pheugo 5343 – run away, vanish, escape, flee) to flee from one city to the next. That Greek word Pheugo is the same word that Jesus uses in Mt 24:16, Mk 13:14, Lk 21:21 for fleeing to the mountains when we see the abomination that maketh desolate. Just as Lot was warned before the destruction of Sodom, and Joseph and Mary were warned by an Angel to flee into Egypt, In other words, if the saint does not need a trial by captivity or persecution, God will warn those saints to flee before it happens. If the trial is needed for the persons holiness and purity, God will just let the person go through it. He says, in Rev 13:10, that if any man is for captivity, into captivity he goes. God will do what is needed to bring holiness and purity to each of the saints.

Re: Rapture Harpazo is 40 days into the Day of the Lord.
In my one dream that I did hear GODS voice

I was in an empty auditorium type place tall ceiling. There were few families very close scattered about and very still and quiet

I went to what used to be a kitchen, there was a door boarded up and a large black man also waiting there

then banging on the door like things running into it violently

I go back to the main auditorium and people begin to panic

I look up at a translucent ceiling and two long spurts of blood spatter across at high velocity on the roof I can't see from what or how

Everyone panics and runs out of the main front door

I'm on the street it is very dark I follow a man in his car and he begins driving in the chaos and hits someone or another car and has blood running down his forehead he is fading out saying "oh my god I just killed someone oh my god oh my god"

I am now on a dirt path with a blue sky and green fields to my left and right and a single tree up ahead

there is a small number very beautiful people to my right as I approach and they are mingling casually and comfortably

I see a burrowing of the ground and a skeleton pops up. The skeleton makes his way to the group of beautiful people who are now all skeletons but still talking as if they do not know they are skeletons

I panic suddenly and ask "what about my brother he is still back there!"

I am back in the dark city it is still and quiet as if a war had just ended I hear a voice

"40 days after the resurrection"

Thank you for posting this dream. I do suppose that the resurrection (which happens first) could be 40 days before the Harpazo (rapture). The war ending would be the end of the tribulation period. The city is dark I presume because the Sun has been darkened at the end of the tribulation and at the start of the Day of the Lord. We sometimes think that the end of thr tribulation is the start of the Day of the Lord, but could be separated by as much as 5 days.

This image may help people understand how the Lord hid this in Scripture, but now the books are being opened.

Re: Rapture Harpazo is 40 days into the Day of the Lord.
Well I posted a pretty comprehensive discussion on this topic here.

I also believed in the pre-trib rapture because it was so prevalent in the church. Of course, I never really studied that.

If you adhere to the pre-trib rapture theory, what I found is that several inconcistencies appear in scripture that are unresolvable. The bible appears to conflict on substantive issues. Some people can no longer hear the Lord because the most important doctrine to them is the pre-trib rapture. As the evidence above is presented, it becomes clear that the keys have been hidden all over the Bible.

The bad news I finally came to understand is that you have to misunderstand a lot of the Bible to adhere to the pre-trib theory. Sorry about that.

OK this is an example of someone who did not read and study the evidence presented. This is likely because of the doctrine of immimence. The event waited for in that is always touted as the rapture.

Such people have never been taught about the Epiphany. This is the coming of Jesus in His saints at the beginning of the tribulation period at the fall of the Latter Rain.
Make sure you know how the words:

epiphaneia and phaneroo are used in some verses to discuss the shininng forth from within the person as opposed to the Greek word parousia which means bodily arrival at the end of the tribulation period.

Make sure you understand what even the imminence is looking forward to.

See this document for more information:

Now a more qualified rebuttal would consider the evidence provided, would it not?

Yes my dream made it very clear to me that there is without a doubt a resurrection. What the resurrection entails I am not sure. I have had other dreams that show me the resurrection will happen on earth as well and will be the zombie apocalypse. I am not sure if this fits into scripture or not. I am not sure of the interpretation of my dreams precisely but I gave you that one. It is clear that while the sky is dark there will be another place where the dead will rise up in a peaceful place.

I think that if there is a resurrection and there will be, that it means ALL who have ever lived will be resurrected at once, and perhaps some will be resurrected on earth while others will go to the other place. And perhaps others will die on earth and join in the other place as well. And perhaps some will survive the complete resurrection on earth without going to the other place.

Again, you did not read what I said.

1. The church takes beyond what is said and says that no one will never know anything about this and that is clearly not true.

2. Did I mention a Day or Hour? No. I am simply saying that, as Noah knew only at the beginning of the 7 days prior to the flood when the rain (think Day of the Lord) will start. He knew 7 days (now years) ahead of time the schedule. As this has not started yet, we do not know now.
But that does not mean that we will not know the schedule by the time the tribulation starts.

2. With the lunar calendar, you could not tell any date in the next month because the priest had to view the new moon to declare it. So Jesus answer was a commonly understand concept in His day. Jesus did not know then. He knows now. How do you reconcile that no one will ever know with Amos 3:7-8 where God says surely the Lord will do nothing without first revealing His plans to His servants, the prophets.

You will need to flush out your spouting of verses more.

I know people think that and there is even a website entitled RaptureReady.

God is the one who determines who is ready and the longer I have walked with Jesus, the more clear it has become more clear just how much the church at large today underestimates just how much of a transformation of the inner being the Lord expects from His saints. Remember the parable of the talents. The Lord expected much from those given much. What did He give. Besides giving us all that we have, He gave us Spiritual Life (Zoe in Greek), the new man was made alive

The Lord expects that in the saints, the new man wiil conquer the old man. And Jesus knows how much time and resources He invested in each of His and knows when you're ready.

I was so naïve in believing that I could accurately judge that in myself. The Lord finds the darkest corners where you think you have that hidden sin and shows it in the light of day so it can be dealt with.

Hi OP. You have written an nice post. You may have said this already, so forgive me if I'm bringing up a point you have already addressed. The book of Romans tells us that Israel will experience a hardening of the heart until the fullness of the Gentiles comes in. Since Daniel makes it clear that the Tribulation is all about Israel's reconciliation with God (i.e, hardness of heart removed), I always made the connection that the rapture would happen when all the fullness comes in...i.e., the rapture is dependent upon a number of people being saved.

How does this gel with what you have written?

Thank you!

Good point. I have found it easier to interpret dreams by seeing the pattern of usage of symbols in the various allegories and parables of the Bible. I have also read a lot of dreams and visions over the years.

God uses dark skin or dark hair to represent someone submitted to evil or darkness. I big man is a demon, principality, of satan himself.

Note for the simple: The allusion to dark skin or dark hair has no relationship to physical people who are brunettes or black people around the world. The new Testament says that we know no man after the flesh. It matters not at all what the physical characterics of anyone in the world, regardless of race or color.

I have to consider the rest of that first part more fully. Very interesting.

The kitchen is where food is prepared. The spiritual new man wants the Word of God as its food. The big man may have built the barrier to prevent people from getting the spiritual food they need. That sounds like some spirits I have run into even in churches.

Zombies are the walking dead. Jesus considers all lot mankind to be spiritually dead and in a spiritual sense zombies. They have no Zoe, no spiritual life. Jesus came that dead men may live.

I have to think about the rest of that first part more.

Thanks for asking this question. I like posts like this because it helps me round out something I have neglected to explain.

I believe that the Bible is both a real accurate account (that also has 4-5 notable discrepancies for a reason). When you find a seeming conflict in the scriptures (people love to list these many items) it is because you have to discern whether the verse is speaking of the physical entity or the spiritual entity involved. That explains most of the examples that people love to list and go the "see its wrong, its off, etc". Such people have no spiritual insight and, in their present state, are in no condition to hear the resolution qnd try to understand. So I don't answer them or take the bait of their "challenges" as though they will be the judge when it issue is resolved.

In Galations 4, we see the contract the Jerusalem that is now who is in bondage with her children vs the new Jerusalem that is above which is our mother. There are many contrasts like this in the scriptures.

In this case, the hardening of Israel is talking about is physical Israel since it contrasts with the Gentiles who can be part of the New Jerssalem that is above and be Spritual Jews in that sense.

I have to say all of that to go back to the Joseph of Genesis in Egypt (think world of Gentiles) example. The famine of the 7 years is an allegory for the tribulation period. I can demonstrate that more fully if needed, but for simplicity, it is.

There is an allusion to timing of these events in that story.

Joseph was in prison (Jesus went to the souls in prison after His death) and he told the baker (presented bread from grain not accepted as Cain's sacrifice was not accepted) and the Butler (bears the wine which is the new covenant in Jesus blood or sacrifice of blood as Abels sacrifice was accepted). He said that their fates are sealed "within 3 days". Jesus, at his death, decided between the saved and the lost also.

Notice what happens next. Joseph remains in prison another 2 whole years (think spiritual lull) before he is called before the king. The rules of determining the rules of usage of day come from years of study of the word and they are:

In the allegories, the Lord plays with units like distance or time, but it is the number that matters, not the units.

There are allegories and parables that point to the proper 1,000 year millennial timeframe in which the end times will come – for these allegories – 1 Day = 1,000 years (Ps 90:10, 2 Pet 3:8)

There are other allegories and parables which point to the timeframe of events within the 1,000 year period. For these, 1 Day = 1 Time = 1 Year.

With these three rules understood, I can list 20-30 stories in the bible that all have the same timing.

At the intersection of the 7th millennial day from Adam and the 3rd millennial day from Jesus (the 2nd Adam 1 Cor 15:45-47), at the dawning of that day, the end times will occur.

Joseph then prescribes 7 years of plenty and then 7 years of famine (tribulation period) That's around 14 years at the start of the 3rd day/7th day.

Think about it, it is about where we are now. I have multiple stories in the Word where the timing was hidden in plain sight, but not unlocked until recent years. The battle of Jericho has the full story of time shown in it for example.

Now, in the story of Joseph, we see the Israelites in famine for 2 years before they start going to Egypt (think Gentiles and specifically those Gentiles who know their God).

My best estimate is that you will see this transition start around 2 years into the tribulation period. The remnant of the elect among the physical Jews will have the veil lifted (2 Cor 3) and will see who their real Messiah is. But not all Israel will be saved. God told Abraham that though his descendants would be numbered as the sand on the beaches or the stars of heaven only a remnant will be saved.

That was long. I hope that was helpful.

I know much of what is being built and planned for the saints and half expect that I will be martyred at some point. I didn't say I was happy about that, but the search for truth has be undertaken without regard to what you want or what feels good.

I was taken out of a fairly prestigious career in business and engineering (BS Engr, MBA) and put into a lower job sometimes doing handyman work for people. I am not ever allowed to return to the position I was in. It was good for my EGO to be trampled on. I help others now. For example a ministry asked me to step in to help a company where the leader was in spiritual counseling to reintegrate his multiple personalities. I ran the operations of the company and grew the business, but it beat on my old man daily. Which is a good thing. God knew my old man needed to be weakened.

Notice that at the beginning of the David and Goliath, the Word mentions that Jesse was "stricken". In other words, David's old man was stricken which is what allows the new man to thrive and it was the spiritual man that Defeated Goliath. David and Goliath happened as it said and the way it happened and is worded reveals the plan for the defeat of the old man in all of us. I can explain that:

David (new spiritual man who does not rely on own strength) vs Goliath (type of large menacing fleshly old nature man) in the valley of decision between the mountain (kingdom) of God and the mountain of the philistines (world). Here the mind of Christ is pitted against the mind of the flesh. Goliath threatens David that he will kill him and give his body to the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth. David speaks the return judgment, that he will kill Goliath (put to death the deeds of the flesh) and cut off his head (notice that David does not hold a sword – whose sword will he use? Goliath’s own sword) and that he will give his body to be the birds of the air and beasts of the earth.

Notice that Saul, in type the old nature who tries to follow God has told David, “you can’t go up against this Philistine” This is just like the 10 spies who came back to Moses when scouting the promised land in Numbers 13:31 and said that the people who occupied the promised land (who all lived after the flesh) cannot be overthrown. In type, this is very much like what we hear in churches today that we’ll always be just broken sinners, that we cannot go up against our old man/nature. But, in type, David’s father Jesse (as in David’s “old man”) was stricken (weak). David was successful in coming against his old man because he knew his old man was weak.

David reaches into a brook/stream (running water is God’s word in type as in Ephesians 5:26 & Hebrews 5:14) and pulls out 5 smooth stones (as in he has had his senses washed by the Word to discern good and evil). And David has a record of God’s deliverance over the Lion and the Bear (Medes-Persians) (which are end-times beast kingdoms in type). He only uses 1 stone to kill Goliath. I believe that stone represents the tongue. He declared the victory over the mind of the flesh in faith and heaven backed him up. David loosed judgment on the old man and Heaven agreed (Mt 10:32-33).

After David hit Goliath between the eyes (assault against the mind of the flesh), he runs up and uses Goliaths own sword to cut off Goliath’s head (mind of the flesh, put to death the deeds of the flesh – Rom 8:7,13). Then David takes Goliath’s head to Jerusalem (as in take every thought captive in obedience to Christ (2 Cor 10:5) – this is the same Jerusalem that Adam left as he fell in Parable of Good Samaritan (Luke 10:30-35)).

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 70550787

I would prefer that you present your view with evidence as opposed to what appear to be a snipe conclusion while presenting no points. Come let us reason together.

I present my points here:

The Day of the Lord is the 8th year after the years.
8 means new beginning and the fall of the flesh at the same time or new beginning because of the fall of the flesh.

ISA 34 is what happens in the day of the Lord (described in verse 8 as 1 year long) Again the rule I stated earlier was that within the correct millennial day, 1 day - 1 time = 1 year.

How do we know that it is thge 8th year after the tribulation?
Compare Acts 2:20 with Matt 24:29

29 But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: Mt 24: 29

20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the day of the Lord come, That great and notable day. Acts 2:20

So here was see that the Sun and Moon darkened, etc immediately after the tribulation and before the day of the Lord

From Rev 16:14-19:11 describes what happens on earth during that 1-year period. Horrific stuff.

Isa 34 talks about it. Some other verses that refer to this 1-year period are:

2 Pet 3:10
Joel 2:10,31
Mk 13:24
Mt24:29
Zech14
Ezek 38-39 This Ezekiel war is in the Day of the Lord not now
Isa 61:2
Ps149
Isa 13:10
Jer 50-51
Jude 14-15
Isa 34

So, while the Lord is clean sweeping the earth during this period of WRATH, the saints are up in heaven for about 1 year during which the GAMOS happens (the whole wedding ceremony not just the supper) and some are not the bride, but are the witnesses to the Kethubah which is the marriage covenant.

This is the period of wrath to which the saints are not appointed.

You presented no points and have very little idea what I know and do not know.

Re: Rapture Harpazo is 40 days into the Day of the Lord.
Here is a brief set up examples that demonstrate the 3rd day, 7th day principle of the timing of the end times as hidden in scripture. You will find the approximate (within a few years) timing in these references:

7th Day from First Adam (Day = 1000 years)
Gen 2:2: 7th Day God finished His work
Jos 6: – Joshua goes around city 1x for 6 days, then 7x on 7th day
On first 6 days, 1time per day = 1000 years (Ps 90:10) but within 7th day, 1 time is 1 year (Isa 34:8 Day of Lord, Num 14:34 Wilderness)
Num 19:19-20: 3rd & 7th day are same day looking back
Ex 23:12: Six days labor then millennial rest
Ex 12:37 – Ramses to Succoth (Tabernacles) 600,000 men (6,000 yrs)
Gen 6:3: Man’s years 120 (x50 for Jubilee yrs) = 6,000 yrs
Gen 7:6: Flood came in 600th yr of Noah (600th decade of world)
Mt 17:1, Mk 9:2: After 6 days (6,000 yrs) Man-child appears
Acts 1:5,2:1: Former rain falls on 120 people @ 50 days = 6,000 yrs to latter rain
1 Cor 15:51-52 – Rapture in 7th book new testament for 7th millennium in Day of the Lord. 15th Chapter – 15th year.
Judges 15 – 7th book old Testament, 7th Millenium - Fall of most all flesh in wrath of Day of Lord in time of harvest. Ch 15 – 15th year;

3rd Day from Second Adam (Day = 1000 years)
Gen 40-41: Joseph in prison foretells prophesies Butler & Baker fates within three days, then in prison 2 years more (2,000) before appearing before pharoah (God)
Ex 19: Lord coming down on 3rd day with earthquakes & lightning

Re: Rapture Harpazo is 40 days into the Day of the Lord.
Outline of End Times Events

7 Years of Plenty ends & famine starts to come upon land (Gen 41:53-54)
Pre-tribulation economic crash or war brings dragon kingdom
Epiphany/Man-child Ministry/White Horse Rider/Melchizedek Priesthood (1st seal)
Tribulation starts when covenant confirmed with “many”
War with Iran and other countries (before or after start of tribulation) (2nd Seal)
1st Half Tribulation Period (repeat of Gospels) in Wilderness
3rd Seal – Famine 4th Seal - Death
½ Way Thru Tribulation: Beast kingdom starts & Abomination that Makes Desolate (Mark of Beast)
2nd Half Tribulation Period as two witnesses minister, judge, then martyred
End of tribulation: Sun Moon Darkened is a major sign referred in many verses plus a giant earthquake in the same timeframe.
Day of the Lord/War of Great Day of God/Wrath of God
Resurrection, Rapture (post-tribulation), Last Trump 40 days later to be in marriage ceremony & supper in Heaven
Return after 1 year to earth to set up Millennial Kingdom
Millennium

Here are some references as to when, within the specified millennial day, do the end times events occur:

Sequence of events starts very early in that day
Jos 3:4: Israelites follow Ark across Jordan (death) by 2,000 cubits (yrs)
Gen 41:1: Joseph in front of Pharoah after 2 full years (2,000 yrs) then 7 years of plenty then 7 years of famine – looks like 14 years in.
Jos 6:15 – they rose at dawning of the 7th day to compass 7 times before trumpet blast, great shout, fall of the walls, and everyone goes up before him.
Gen 6:3: Man’s years 120 (x50 for Jubilee yrs) = 6,000 yrs – not 121 so likely within first 50 years.
Gen 7:6: Flood came in 600th yr of Noah (600th decade of world, start of 7th century of Noah’s life)
Shem (Hebrew: Name) lives for 600 years (600 decades).

When you look into these uses of the term "day" according to the rules presented in a previous post above, you will start to understand that the Lord knew not the exact day, but knew more than what He was willing to talk about while on earth here. Jesus spoke many of the parables that had the approximate timing in them.

Yes, no one knows the exact day or the hour (note the use of very specific units of time, not year, not decade, not even week or month), but Jesus chastised and scolded those of Physical Israel for not knowing the time of His coming. As you can see from many people, He will be scolding people again about that. Within a few years, the timing is hidden in plain sight in the Word.
Its been there for thousands of years waiting to be unlocked. I am not the only one who knows these things.

Christians will go through the tribulation. The gathering together in the clouds is day 1260/1335, at the seventh trumpet, when the two witnesses rise from the dead, along with all the other dead in Christ found worthy of the first resurrection. This is immediately followed by the seven bowls of wrath and Armageddon. Some will be alive until day 1260 but most will be dead. Prepare for likely martyrdom and persecution.

Actually if you read the post above and know how many instaances of 7 Times occurs in the Word you will see it is referring to 7 Times = 7 Years in prophetic Allegory.

You will be better able to understand this description of the Epiphany ISA 30:25-26:

25 And there shall be upon every lofty mountain, and upon every high hill, brooks and streams of waters, in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.

26 Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that Jehovah bindeth up the hurt of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.

If the the sun went brighter 7 times, there would not be a tribulation period. Everyone dies from being burned.

By the Way, did we have some towers fall recently? Interesting.

What this says is that in every kingdom of the world there shall be saints preaching the living water. And the latter rain shall fall and aluminate the first fruits man-child folks of Rev 12:1-6 who shall educate and guide the people through the last 7 years not 3 1/2 years.

The rapture is 1260+1335=2595 days after the covenant is made.

Acts 14:22 - confirming the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that through many tribulations we must enter into the kingdom of God.
