The church takes beyond what is said and says that no one will never know anything about this and that is clearly not true. 2. Did I mention a Day or Hour? No. I am simply saying that, as Noah knew only at the beginning of the 7 days prior to the flood when the rain (think Day of the Lord) will start. He knew 7 days (now years) ahead of time the schedule. As this has not started yet, we do not know now. But that does not mean that we will not know the schedule by the time the tribulation starts. 2. With the lunar calendar, you could not tell any date in the next month because the priest had to view the new moon to declare it. So Jesus answer was a commonly understand concept in His day. Jesus did not know then. He knows now. How do you reconcile that no one will ever know with Amos 3:7-8 where God says surely the Lord will do nothing without first revealing His plans to His servants, the prophets. You will need to flush out your spouting of verses more.
