[link to allrecipes.com] Although, my recipe is not identical to the one above, it's pretty close, and these things are awesome! (I used garden vegetable cream cheese and thicker REAL bacon, also if you want to make sure the bacon stays on you can use toothpicks, but usually it stays on regardless) I will be making 48 of them, instead of 12, so you need to adjust ingredients accordingly! [Song Included!] They are really good, if you can find longer bacon pieces than the video shows, it's better because you can wrap more around the pepper. Also the video is right about turning on the broiler for about 3-5 minutes when they are about done. Basically broil it until you get your bacon the right "crispyness" you want after you bake the peppers for awhile (with stuffing, also mixing in a little bit of swiss with Cheddar cheese makes for a great taste!). I hope you enjoy it if you do make it, really you can't go wrong.
