Bumper stickers don't mean shit. I lived in a state that was a sea of Romney stickers in 2012...also saw some Obama stickers here and there. Romney lost and no one was crying about being "intimidated" to put a piece of sticky paper on their car.
But I guess this is what the millennials mean when they say they want everywhere to be a "safe space"...
