I would not drinking a gallon of flu vaccine per day.
But any mercury from a 0.25cc injection once a year is insignificant. But if you don't want it for the Hg or think there is alien DNA or nanomachines in it, then just don't get it and if you get the flu deal with it.
For those that haven't had a full blown case of influenza A in a while, it really sucks and kills a not insignificant number of people, mostly sickly older folks and babies but on rare occasion previously healthy adults.

I am seriously curious.
