OP - one thing that TPTB have is time. They will take 200 years to get to where they want to be. It won't be a sudden thing, it will be steps here and there. Not enough to cause an outright war - at least not directed towards them.
There will be a war but it will be directed between the muzz and non-muzz. This will give them their mass depopulation they want. A small dirty nuke will go off in NY and ISIS will be blamed. Everyone is already conditioned to believe it. It won't take any convincing - the people are convinced already. But it will be the Fed Govt that will cause the nuke to go off. Just like Pearl Harbor. The Fed new that putting all those ships in one spot was asking for an attack - that's why they did it. And when they were told that the attack was coming they did nothing to prevent it or warn them in Pearl Harbor. They wanted it to happen to have a reason to join the war.
Same with 911 and this nuke that will go off. Maybe it won't be NY but somewhere in the States.
