Look, they want to slap a global warming tax on all energy with the funds going to equalize the third world with the first world. When this is accomplished one form of govt can rule over all of it.
Anthropomorphic warming is false, the plan is going nowhere, so this is an attempt to get new blood in the research that can find some way, somehow, to convince people that these lies are the truth and the taxes can go forward.
