But not true... I found several RU ships moving freely in the area - both directions (not moored).

When in the actual strait there is no GPS tracking... there are ships in the strait, but they are not showing up. So it looks like no traffic is moving through -- but it is.

my personal guess is this story is true.

I'm not an expert but it seems quite suspicious to me that there's been no traffic through that strait in two hours.
